Tai Er (太二) @taiersingapore is finally here! This is their first outlet in Singapore and it’s located over at Jewel Changi Airport 😍 Really excited to try the food as it’s really famous for their Chinese Sauerkraut Fish (老坛子酸鱼) - Over at Tai Er, The fish needs to be boneless, leaving the essence of the fillet which is really fresh. As it is sauerkraut, the soup flavour has a mixture of sour and spicy taste which is really good 😋 We also tried out their other spicy dishes like Griddle Cooked Bullfrog with chili and pepper, abalone and shrimp in spicy sauce and more! 🔥 Watch more over at our YouTube channel! Here at Singapore’s first @taiersingapore outlet located at @jewelchangiairport 🐟 Really enjoyed the Si Chuan dishes available here. Some of the must try includes: 🔴 Chinese Sauerkraut Fish for 3-4 persons (老坛子酸菜鱼) Love the fact that the fish is fresh and compliments well with the ingredients. The broth is not too thick, infact is actually quite smooth in texture but is not for those who doesn’t enjoy oily food. But do becareful with the fish bones. 🔴 Abalone and Shrimp in Spicy Sauce (麻辣鲍鱼虾) This dish is a must try, especially how both abalone and prawns pairs with the spicy sauce. Surprisingly it is not as spicy as it looks, in-fact it is quite comforting, that I end up eating stick after stick. 🔴 Griddle Cooked bullfrog with chili and pepper (热血椒麻跳跳蛙) The generous amount of bullfrog meat with celery. It taste so nice especially when it is paired with their fragrant white rice. The bullfrog meat is succulent and very fresh, I do admit that this dish is quite unique and it taste like our local spicy chilli frog leg but just much juicier and tastier.
