｛觀玲老師❤️香水｝ 今天分享的香水真的非常資深，因為它是 Elizabeth Arden在1934年推出的「Blue Grass（青青芳草），當時還推出了一系列的Blue Grass商品，有蜜粉、香膏、沐浴乳之類，可是早期的綠色香水味道絕對都跟「草」無關，只是一個意境，主調都還是花香，而這款香水在1989年重新推出，瓶身也改成這樣，還是很復古啦！可是以前的香水瓶身好美喔！

那它既然是花香調，我為什麼還如此迷戀呢？以前早期花香調的香水真的跟現在不一樣，沒有這麼單純好猜測，而且這款香水從中味開始就已經進入木質調了，很高招！基本上不要管它用了多少花，一開始會聞到的就是薰衣草跟橙花，然後會有一股懷舊的粉味，通常都是來自香根草及麝香，其實很單純但很高級，是現代香水絕對不會有的風格，Elizabeth Arden香水系列中也絕對沒有類似。

前味：玫瑰、茉莉、百合、薰衣草、 天竺葵、橙花
中味：香根草、丁香、桂冠
後味：檀香木、弗吉尼亞州雪松、麝香

這款香水這麼特別，而且又叫做Blue Grass，主要是因為Elizabeth Arden夫人喜歡賽馬，她以在賽馬時的心情跟草原環境，設計了這款香水，包裝Logo也用賽馬作為代表圖案，跟賽馬有關的保養品～當然還有大家很熟悉的8小時潤澤霜。

這款香水絕對要有一定的人生經驗後，才會懂啦🤣！

Trying out the banjo with this song! This was such a huge challenge. Happy Eve of Spring Festival to everybody!

Previously I got to know my bro's old cello... so this time I decided to introduce myself to my dad's even older banjo. He got it from a flea market, more than a decade ago I believe. It had always been a decoration, hung on the wall. The string I removed at the beginning of the video was the string that we used to hang it with. It felt like an opening ceremony, albeit a cincai one.

This marks my first experience with a banjo. It's a banjo... right? Hahaha... If I mess up please pardon me and let me know. I went online and ordered a set of banjo strings anyway and didn't really know what else to check. Then I realised some banjo players from the videos I saw have got those finger pick thingies so I got some of those too.

The video I was learning from was by guitarist Jay Smith on YouTube, using his own way to tune a 4-string banjo for easier understanding. He was teaching his method of playing a 4-string banjo in bluegrass style.

This first session took me around 6 hours, including the restringing.

I think I am going to enjoy this little friendship with Ma'am Banjo. Long loooong way to go.

Although... my fingers are currently unconscious.

Fortunately I managed to record something else after this practice, and I'll post it up soon!
