อาหารทะเลเมืองห่าเทียน เวียดนาม

กินอาหารทะเลปรุงด้วยสูตรเวียดนาม ที่เมืองห่าเทียน(Ha tien) ตรงตลาดโต้รุ่งข้างหอนาฬิกา ตรงนั้นมีร้านขายอาหารทะเลพวกหอยอยู่ 3-4 ร้าน ที่นี่มีหอยนานาชนิด ผมไปเจอหอยตัวโต ซึ่งมีเพื่อนในเฟสบุ๊คบอกผมว่าเรียกว่าหอยกระโดง ตัวโตมาก เขาขายตัวละ 300 บาท เอามาปรุงอาหารในสูตรของชาวเวียดนามพร้อมครับ ผมจึงเลือกรายการนี้ แล้วสั่งหอยแครงเผาสูตรเวียดนามอีกหนึ่งจาน

วิธีการทำเขาหอยชนิดนี้เขาจะนำไปต้มให้สุกต้มนานมากประมาณ 30 นาที แล้วเอาเนื้อออกมาหั่นปรุงรส ก่อนยัดกลับไปในตัวหอยแล้วย่างอีกครั้ง ในการปรุงขั้นตอนสุดท้ายของอาหารทะเลเกือบทุกชนิดที่นี่ เขาจะเอาถั่วมาโรยก่อนเสริฟ ซึ่งผมว่ามันไม่ค่อยเข้ากันนักอาจเป็นเพราะว่าไม่ชิน ในการยัดเนื้อหอยเข้าไปในเปลือกของมัน ทำให้หอยร้อนฉุยตลาดเวลาที่เรากิน เพราะเปลือกมันจะเก็บความร้อนให้เราได้นานจนเราอิ่ม

การทำหอยแครงที่เมืองห่าเทียนเขาก็นำไปต้มก่อน แล้วถึงแกะเอาเนื้อหอยออกจากฝาทั้งสองฝา แล้วจึงใส่เข้าไปใหม่เพื่อให้คนกินกินง่าย พอใส่เข้าไปใหม่เสร็จก็ปรุงรส ใส่ถั่วอีกแล้วครับ แล้วก็ย่างจนสุกหอม

อาหารทะเลที่เมืองห่าเทียนสดน่ากิน ด้วยเมนูหอยต่างๆ เป็น ที่นิยมของชาวเวียดนาม ผมเห็นจะมีคนเวียดมากินกันเรื่อยๆ ส่วนใหญ่จะสั่งเบียร์ บาบาบา หรือ 333 ซึ่งเป็นเบียร์เวียดนามกินกันด้วยครับ เป็นเรื่องปกติที่ชาวเวียดนามจะทักทายและคุยกับนักท่องเที่ยวเพราะเขารู้สึกเป็นมิตรต่อเราครับ mr.hotsia มกราคม 2555
