I drew short cut version. I admit recycle is good ♻️, but mass production of plastic and mass recycling of plastic doesn’t make any sense because recycling need a lot of clean water and energy. We should reduce the consumption of plastic and our dependence on it. We can do this because people because human hadn’t plastic before 19C(1835)(^^) I recently start to use old paper to wrap vegetables in fridge and I quit wrap, although it’s still hard but I try not to buy cling wrap anymore. Silicon is reusable many times but it’s still bad for environment when we throw it away. Some scientists in Japan try to find solution about plastic wastes by utilizing biodegradation technology but it will take a time to put into practical use and it will also need costs to make plastic which include slept microorganisms inside. I think it’s good idea but it will cost 6 times than normal plastic, so most of consumer will choose cheaper plastic than environmentally friendly expensive products. What I can say now is that most of all people use plastic everyday, so all of us can do something to reduce plastic waste. Please don’t buy needless things daily and avoid all plastic which haven’t recycle mark ♻️ You can save money, it’s also good for your health to use glass than plastic containers, and you can also be little bit better person, plus feel better ( ^ω^ )There are many merits to do this.
