所需食材:
外殼部分:
600 g 白巧克力
白色食用色素（脂溶性）
綠色食用色素（脂溶性）
紅色食用色素（脂溶性）
矽膠模具

內餡部分:
150 g 白巧克力
150 g 溫鮮奶油
300 g 打發鮮奶油
2 湯匙 巧克力片
2 湯匙 開心果奶油
3 湯匙 櫻桃果醬  

其它:
迷你花生巧克力
聖誕線
牙籤
食用金色亮粉
食用銀色亮粉 
刷子

作法:
1. 將白色巧克力隔水加熱融化，並添加白色食用色素，攪拌均勻。然後將其等份分3份。
2. 一個碗添加紅色食用色素，一個碗添加綠色食用色素。
3. 然後將巧克力倒入到矽膠模具裡，然後用刷子將其均勻地舖開，並使其置於室溫。之後，將模具放入冰箱中使其硬化。接著小心的將其從模具中取出。
4. 內餡奶油部分，將切碎的巧克力與溫鮮奶油混合。待冷卻後，將入打發鮮奶油攪拌均勻。然後，將其均勻分成三碗。
5. 在第一個碗內，加入巧克力片。
6. 第二個碗，加入櫻桃果醬，然後攪拌均勻。
7. 第三個碗則是添加開心果奶油。一樣攪拌均勻。放進冰箱一會。
8. 將巧克力半球放在一個小碗中，目的在固定住。然後用填入相匹配的奶油。
9. 用牙籤在迷你花生巧克力的中間，刺穿一個孔。
10. 現在綁好繩子的末端，並用牙籤引導它們穿過迷你花生巧克力上的孔。
11. 然後，在上面塗上食用金色亮粉。
12. 將一把刀加熱，並用其將巧克力半球光滑。
13. 將繩子放在邊緣上，使打結處在巧克力半球內。將第二顆顏色相同的半球放在頂部，然後輕輕按一下。接著將迷你花生巧克力滑向球，並用一些液態巧克力將其固定在球上，以及使兩顆半球黏在一起。
14. 最後，用金色和銀色亮粉裝飾巧克力球，然後再次冷藏。
15. 現在，要做的就是將其掛在聖誕樹上。

Woody Family Cafe is tucked away in the northernmost reaches of Sembawang. When I stepped inside, I felt like Alice as she opened the door to Wonderland. Coloured lights bathe the cafe in shades of red, blue and green, illuminating all sorts of baubles and knickknacks.

Many of these eclectic decorations were collected while the owners, Jenny and Sam, were travelling all over the world. Woody Family’s dishes are traditional Peranakan recipes passed down from Jenny’s mother. These were then refined and reimagined by Jenny, who created many unique and modern dishes that are still undeniably Peranakan!

Spending time with my sister at Ventura Beach. Seafood kinda deal. Crabs, clams & oysters. We don't live close to each other so we try to take time to spend time with each other. Nice day out for a quick seafood picnic. Headed off afterwards to support my friend who made their debut on Shark Tank for their Baubles & Souls shoe products. Their pitch for deal was intense and they never gave up. A good reminder to all to keep trying no matter what. I'm super happy for their success and with them all the best! Fighting!
