很感謝 @spice_cuisine_tw 的邀請！ 從開胃菜、飲料、主食、到甜點特別的棒！每一餐都能感覺到這家餐廳的細心！好吃😋！ 特別喜歡他們家的🍠慢燉奶油紅蘿蔔松露濃湯！🍠 用澄清奶油慢慢燉煮紅蘿蔔，使用三小時小火油封消去紅蘿蔔的青草味只剩紅蘿蔔的甜味。再加入澄清雞高湯把鮮味帶入，最後在加入帕達諾起司。風味鮮美甘醇，滋味濃郁。很好喝！👍👍👍 還有他們家的甜點：🍰紅寶石蛋糕🍰無麩質巧克力蛋糕、莓果醬、紅寶石巧克力甘納許.伯爵巧克力香堤。口感超讚！特別推薦給大家，大家絕對不會後悔！ ps ：這家不是素食餐廳，不過因為我本來吃蛋奶素，所以只能選擇蛋奶素的套餐！非素食的菜單，可以直接看他們家的ig喔 Thank you @spice_cuisine_tw for the invitation! From appetizers, beverages, staples, to desserts that are special! Every meal can feel the attentiveness of this restaurant! Delicious 😋! I especially like their 🍠slow-cooked creamy carrot truffle soup! 🍠 Slowly simmer the carrots with clarified cream. Use a low fire oil for three hours to eliminate the grassy flavor of the carrots, leaving only the sweetness of the carrots. Then add the clarified chicken stock to bring in the umami, and finally add Padano cheese. The flavor is delicious and sweet, and the taste is strong. tastes good! 👍👍👍 There are also their desserts: 🍰ruby cake🍰 gluten-free chocolate cake, berry jam, ruby chocolate ganache. Earl's Chocolate Chanty. The taste is amazing! Being in the virtual world made me realise a lot of things: 1. You can pick your nose from the other end and I can see it. (You may have thought you disabled your video haha but wooopsss) 2. Your “supposed” lifestyle from the background scene you chose to put up from your location or even the choice of background image you put up. 3. Your attentiveness in “class” / “meetings” cuz your eyes will lieeeeeeeeeeeeeee 4. And if you chose to appear on the screen without a video, don’t talk to me. 🙄 bad internet is the shittiest excuse but you’ll know what’s happening there. On a side note, I hate the fact that being virtual is becoming a part of my life now. I honestly don’t want to get used to it. I prefer being around people, making real connections and obviously giving and receiving hugs. This cold and unwelcoming way of the reality is hitting me in quite a few ways, my business is one, my urge to head out, and my ability to social may soon just go down the drain. Listening is one of the keys to contain knowledge. In order to preserve something in the heart it must go through the ears first with active listening. If you pretend to listen while your heart and mind are wondering somewhere else, then the information will just go in and come out the other ear. To retain, it must reach the heart. The ears are also one of the doorways to your heart, if you expose your ears only to what is good then you will be good, but if you listen to useless, evil speech and sounds, then that is what you will express, evil thoughts, speech and actions. So be careful and be aware of what and who you listen to, it has a direct effect to your heart.
