ถ้าไปที่นี่แล้วไม่สั่งคือพลาดมากกกก พลาดจริงๆ ขนมปังที่เห็นคือเชฟทำเอง ไม่ได้ซื้อมา แล้วมีความทาเนย จี่กะทะเบาๆ มันก็จะมีความกรอบนอก นุ่มใน และหอมเนย ส่วน Lobster ถึงแม้ชิ้นจะไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก แต่กินง่าย กินพอดีคำ และมีความสด แต่เหนือสิ่งอื่นใด.. Orange Mayo ของเค้า คือดีมากกกก สุดมากกกกก เป็นมายองเนสกลิ่นส้มสดชื่นๆ กินด้วยกันคือแบบสุด บอกเลยว่าออนสั่งมา 2 ที่นะ ที่เดียวไม่พอ

ขอกระโดดข้ามมาของหวานก่อน..เพราะสิ่งนี้ดีมากกกก
เค้าเป็นแป้งพัฟที่กรอบมากก แบบมากกกกๆ เอาช้อนกดลงไปละมีเสียงกร๊อบบบบเลย แต่ไฮไลท์อยู่ที่..ตัวครีมของเค้า ทำจาก “นมเม็ดจิตรลดา” นมเม็ดวัยเด็กในตำนานที่กินเมื่อไหร่ก็อร่อย และกินกับ Raspberry sauce คือแบบชนะเลิศมากๆ ที่สำคัญเมนูนี้เป็นเมนูที่ Chef Martin ชนะใน Iron Chef Thailand มาด้วยน้า

ทางร้านบอกว่าเป็นเมนูใหม่ที่อยากให้ลอง
ส่วนตัวออนไม่ค่อยกินพวกผัดแห้งกับ Chili และ Dried Garlic เพราะเผ็ด แต่เห็นจานนี้มาเสิร์ฟแล้วน่ากินมาก เลยลองชิม เห้ยยยยย อร่อยนะ ไม่เผ็ดเลย มันไม่ใช่แนวผัดพริกแห้งแบบไทยจ๋าๆ มันมีความฝรั่งอยู่ คนไม่กินเผ็ดแบบออนก็กินได้ และเนื้อ Wagyu มาแบบ Medium Rare ฉ่ำๆ ชุ่มๆ กำลังดี

Goodwill Trade Mission Amazing Fact:
