上周和外師一起遊動物園，趁記憶深刻，趕緊將手邊的書來出來回憶老師講的話。
發現老師講的內容，Incredible Insects都有。

They also have 6 legs and 2 antennae.
這本書大概就是帶淺淺的科普知識

若想要深入一點，可以共讀兒童國家地理，裡面內容也講得比較深入。

#英文學習必知

英文的複數常見的包含+s, +es, 去y+ies, 去f(e)+ves等變法，但是有些單字的單複數卻完全長不一樣(不規則變化)，要特別記起來唷!

新鮮蝦 300克
花椒粒 1茶匙
辣椒乾 2隻
辣椒 2隻
薑 1個
蒜頭 2瓣
生抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙

步驟：
1.蝦剪去蝦鬚及蝦腳，蝦切背及挑走蝦腸。
2.辣椒乾、辣椒、薑、蒜頭切粒。
3.燒熱油，將薑、蒜頭、花椒粒、辣椒、辣椒乾炒香。
4.加入蝦、生抽、糖、黑胡椒，炒至均勻。

Sichuan Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients:
Fresh Shrimps 300g
Sichuan peppercorn 1 teaspoon
Dried hot pepper 2 pcs
Hot pepper 2 pcs
Ginger 1 pc
Garlic 2 cloves
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon

Steps:
1.Cut shrimp antennae and feet, make a cut on the backside and remove devein.
2.Dice dried hot pepper, hot pepper, ginger and garlic.
3.Heat the oil, pan fry ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorn, hot pepper and dried hot pepper.
4.Put in shrimp, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper and fry well.

The Balmain bug, or butterfly fan lobster, is a species of slipper lobster. It lives in shallow waters around Australia and is the subject of small-scale fishery. It is a flattened, reddish brown animal, up to 23 cm (9 in) long and 14 cm (6 in) wide, with flattened antennae and no claws.
