美國的豆腐將軍

華盛頓郵報爆出美國最高將領、美軍參謀長聯席會議主席馬克·米利（Mark Milley）將軍，去年底秘密致電中國總参謀長李作成，向其保證美國不會攻擊中國的消息，相當駭人聽聞。

據報米利兩次向中共中央軍事委員會聯合參謀部參謀長李作成打電話。一次是總統大選前夕的10月30日，一次是今年國會暴力衝擊事件兩日後（1月8日）。

「華郵」記者根據兩百多位美國匿名官員的證詞還原：米利在第一次電話中說他和李作成仍然是朋友，他說：「李將軍，你我認識五年了。我向您保證，美國是穩定的，一切都會順利進行。」「我們不會對中國發動攻擊和採取任何軍事打擊行動。」「如果我們要進攻，我會提前打電話給你。這不會是一個意外行動。」

第二次通話，米利告知中國朋友「一切正常，民主制度有時候就是有點亂。」

米利在國家軍事指揮中心還召集了一個參謀部高級軍官會議，並表示，如果川普下令攻擊，首先應該第一個告知他。同時他還要求助手們承諾，若川普作出「極端命令」，包括動用核彈，不要立即服從。與此同時，米利還請求時任中央情報局局長夏思蓓（Gina Haspel）與有日裔血統的美國網絡司令部負責人中曾根（Paul Nakasone）密切監視總統川普行動。

報導指，有些官員覺得米利的做法越權，但米利深信他做的是應該做的，「為的是國際秩序不要出現歷史性斷裂，不要與中國發生事故性戰爭。不要動用核武器」。

至於國會山莊騷亂，小事一樁，也是美國內政，但米利向中方通報的姿態，如下屬向上級。有如香港特首向港澳辦匯報「香港有少數人鬧事，不過問題不大，我們有信心處理，請中央放心。」

到底美國軍方和政府內有幾多個米利？此種姿態，證明中國對美國的全天候心戰威懾，卓有成效。

若此等消息在去年爆發，即有Deep State 企圖政變，「拜粉」與左膠會指為「陰謀論」，現在卻由左翼的華盛頓郵報來爆料，證明川普下台前一連串異事：黑命貴暴動、國會山佔領、灌假票疑雲，因「米利事件」之曝光，疑點利益歸川普，去年之「大選」，確帶有政變性質。一方面是槍炮架空了民選的川普，另一方面是推特禁言於民選的川普。

美國的民主制度，不是像米利說的「有點亂」，而是呈現「中國化」的質變，米利類似一個美國版的榮祿袁世凱的綜合體，加上左膠的白蟻蛀蝕，此一制度出現結構性的腐爛。

若華盛頓郵報報道屬實，米利無疑犯了叛國罪。

美國的聯邦叛國罪在1790年援引憲法初立，1909年國會修訂，指明「任何效忠美國者，若對美國發動戰爭，或攀附於美國之敵國，在美國國內外向敵國提供協助或慰勉，即成立叛國罪（Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason.）

但米利的兩通電話，至少以香港版「國安法」的審案標準，審兩三小時即可判決罪名成立。

美中之間尚未進入戰爭狀態，所以不論拜登還是米利，都強調美中關係不是敵對，只視之為「競爭者」（competitor )；不論兒子收過中國錢還是將軍打電話向對家承諾「如果川普想開戰，我一定預先打電話通知你」，就是要避免墮入與「敵國」(enemy ) 勾結之責。

但何謂「敵國」？據美國法學專家華倫（Charles Warren ) 在耶魯法學院學報定義為：「只適用於公開對美國宣示敵意的外國勢力的人員，而不是國內反抗政府的騷亂份子」（applies only
to the subjects of a foreign power in a state of open hostility with
us. It does not embrace rebels in insurrection against their own government)，換言之，佔據國會山莊的美國人，犯了暴動罪，沒有犯叛國罪。中國在意識型態和戰略上都是對美國長期懷有「公然敵意」（hostility)的國家，則米利視自己的總統比中國有更大的威脅，其叛國迨無疑問。

因此米利的「慰勉」（comforting )加「幫忙」（aiding )的兩次電話，令美國人嘩然，中國應該心領神會，大可乾杯茅台。美國軍方對中國的軍事實力差距或容輕視，但美中一旦開戰，美國十分恐懼中國馬上就動用核武器。

美國核武儲存九千，中國雖只有數百，但一場中美決戰，中國只要令美國評估有「我將無我」的攬炒可能，美國就不敢動手，包括即使中國主動攻擊台灣。

CheckCheckCin：陽光普照被視為好天氣，但熱邪過盛也會消耗氣和陰液，所以炎熱天氣下我們特別容易出暗瘡、頭瘡、喉嚨痛、發燒等上火症狀。如果所住地區溫暖又乾燥，身體需要一點點偏涼的湯水，宜選擇屬性偏涼的蔬菜入饌，例如番茄、西芹、青/白蘿蔔、白菜等，配搭具清熱解毒、消暑祛濕功效的綠豆，有助清熱解毒。

番茄 — 性涼，有生津止渴、健胃消食、涼血平肝功效，適合發熱口乾、食慾不振者食用，它亦有護膚美白的功效。惟注意番茄性涼，胃寒人士不宜食用，寒性痛經女士在月經期間勿吃，胃酸過多者不宜空腹食用。

番茄薯仔綠豆湯
功效：清熱健脾，紓緩炎熱天氣帶來的口乾、喉嚨痛、悶熱等症狀。
材料：番茄3個、薯仔2個、椰菜半個、西芹2細條、綠豆20克
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨，番茄切件；薯仔去皮切塊；椰菜及西芹切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水，放入全部材料，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮1.5小時，最後下鹽調味即可。

CheckCheckCin: People often regard the sunny sky as good weather, but it could be a problem when heat accumulates and becomes a pathogenic factor. According to Chinese Medicine theories, the pathogenic factor can invade the body and exhaust the yin, and this is why we experience dry mouth and sore throat easily.

When the body cannot dissipate heat on time, yin-yang balance is disrupted, causing us to develop a heatstroke. Therefore, individuals who live in dry and warm areas should consume soups and vegetables that are cool in nature such as tomato, celery, green/white radish, Chinese cabbage, not forgetting mung beans, which can relieve the summer-heat and clear toxins from the body.

Tomato - cool in nature, has the effects of promoting fluid promotion, quenching thirst, strengthening the stomach, aiding digestion, cooling blood and calming the liver. Suitable for fever, dry mouth, those with poor appetite. It can nourish and whiten skin. But it is cool in nature making it not suitable for those with cold stomachs. Women with cold type menstrual pain should not eat tomatoes during menstruation. Those with gastric hyperacidity should not consume it with an empty stomach.

Tomato and potato soup with mung bean
Effects: Clears heat and strengthens the spleen, relieves dry mouth, sore throat, stuffiness and other symptoms caused by hot weather.
Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 2 potatoes, 1/2 cabbage, 2 stalks of celery, 20g mung bean
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the tomato into pieces. Peel the potato and cut into pieces. Cut the cabbage and celery into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

罪與罪孽

納粹德國在 1935 年通過《紐倫堡法案》，開始從國家法律層面去剝奪猶太人的權利及財產，當時有部份德國人不認同反猶運動，甚至協助受苦難的猶太人。在德國佔領東歐大部分地區後，保護猶太人的義舉，不單違法，更是死罪。

二戰結束前三年，納粹軍大規模驅逐猶太人到特雷布林卡屠殺中心，期間在華沙貼出一張宣傳海報，提到：「援助未經許可離開的猶太人，可判死刑。」

海報的內容提到：「最近，許多猶太人離開了他們指定的猶太人居住區⋯⋯我提醒您，根據 1941 年 10 月 15 日總督關於居住限制的第三項法令，不僅是離開指定居住區的猶太人會處以死刑，而為猶太人提供避難所者，亦會判處相同懲罰。協助形式不單包括提供一晚住宿和食物，還包括任何方式之援助，如使用任何類型的車輛運送他們，或通過購買猶太貴重物品等等。」

署名人是華沙區黨衛軍軍長兼警務處處長（注一）。

協助猶太人的德國公民是違反了納粹的法律，在納粹政權的眼中是有「罪」，但從業力的角度去看，不單沒有「罪孽」，倒是「救人一命，勝造七級浮圖」，而且救的不只是一條生命，更可能是一個家庭，一個社區。救過 1200 名猶太人的舒特拉，在艱苦困局之中，難行能行，勇敢承擔，他犯了納粹的罪，卻沒有罪孽，反見果報無邊。筆者在數年前曾到過耶路撒冷錫安山的舒特拉之墓，猶太人習慣在墓碑上放一塊石頭致敬，而舒德拉的墓碑幾乎埋在小石之下，只露出了其名字及「國際義人」的刻字（注二）。

至於有些人滿口法律，甚至他們口講就是法律，當然不會「違法」了。他們沒有犯下現世法律的罪，罪孽卻更深重。

Body and Chassis Design

The 2018 Accord's new body structure is lighter and more rigid, utilizing 29 percent ultra-high-strength steel, the most ever for a mass-produced Honda car. Overall, the new Accord employs 54.2 percent high strength steel (above 440 MPa).

Key body features include the latest generation of Honda's Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) body structure with crash stroke front frame, tailor-tempered rear frame members for improved crash-energy absorption, and the extensive use of structural adhesives for increased rigidity, cabin quietness and weight reduction. Total vehicle weight is down between approximately 110 to 176 pounds, depending on trim, while body torsional and bending rigidity are improved 32 and 24 percent, respectively, aiding ride quality, cabin quietness, and dynamic performance.

Mated to the new body is a more sophisticated new chassis design. The 2018 Accord's chassis is 6-percent lighter than before (not including wheels and tires) and features a new Macpherson strut front suspension with L-shaped aluminum lower arms mounted to an aluminum front subframe. The new setup better isolates and manages varying road inputs, improving handling precision, ride quality and cabin quietness along with outstanding high-speed stability and control. The new, more space-efficient rear suspension is a multi-link design mounted to a more rigid, floating rear subframe. Fluid-filled compliance bushings at all four corners further improve ride comfort and absorption of road irregularities.

Touring trims of Accord also feature, for the first time, an Adaptive Damper System with the ability to adjust shock absorber damping force every 1/500 of a second (0.002 second), using a proprietary Honda control algorithm, providing for a more compliant and controlled ride in all driving situations. The adaptive dampers are tied to a Two-Mode Driving System with Normal and Sport modes that allows the driver to dial-up/down the vehicle's sporty reflexes depending on the driving environment. The system engages with multiple chassis and drivetrain components, including the new dual-pinion variable-ratio electric power steering (EPS), automatic transmission, drive-by-wire throttle, adaptive dampers and Active Sound Control system, to provide the driver with an expanded range of driving characteristics. An ECON mode is also available that helps improve fuel efficiency by modifying throttle mapping and HVAC operation.

The new Accord has a 10-mm lower center of gravity. The adoption of lighter-weight turbocharged engines and other body design changes reduce the vehicle's moment of inertia, resulting in crisper turn-in and steering response. All models now have near optimal FWD weight distribution of approximately 60/40 percent front/rear. Accords with the new 2.0-liter VTEC turbo and 10AT check in at approximately 61/39 percent front/rear, a significant improvement versus the current V6 Accord with 6AT.

Along with the first application of structural adhesives to Accord, cabin quietness is further enhanced by a comprehensive sound-insulating package that includes full underbody covers (which also aid aerodynamics), front and rear fender and engine compartment insulators, alloy wheels with Honda-proprietary resonator technology, sound-absorbing carpet, acoustic laminated windshield glass – plus front door acoustic glass on EX and above – and a new, 3-microphone Active Noise Control system. The result is low noise levels with a well-balanced sound quality and a pleasingly sporty engine note.

Advanced Safety and Driver-Assistive Technology
For 2018, all Accords feature the full suite of Honda Sensing® safety and driver-assistive technologies as standard equipment. Honda Sensing includes Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™), Lane Departure Warning, Road Departure Mitigation, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow and, for the first time, Traffic Sign Recognition (see Safety section for more details). Additional available driver-assistive technologies include Blind Spot Information, front and rear parking sensors, Rear Cross Traffic Monitor and Driver Awareness Monitor; and all models feature a Multi-Angle Rearview Camera with dynamic guidelines.

Standard advanced active and passive safety systems include Vehicle Stability Assist with Traction Control, Anti-lock brakes with Electronic Brake Booster, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), advanced front airbags, driver and front-passenger side airbags and new driver and front-passenger knee airbags. The Accord targets top U.S. government (NCAP) and IIHS collision safety ratings.

Anyway show time finally came! My mom was a super star helping me backstage and for the sake of assisting me behind, she couldn't see me on stage. I was blessed. Back stage all the others were getting tan cream on them. Everyone was pretty focus not talking which is understandable. But before going on stage some of the girls loosened up. It was good my mom was there, it also gave comfort to the other girls lol. I lent my mom to the rest.

I didnt feel nervous, cause i was honestly just focused on smiling and eating food after the comp. It was really tiring though posing on stage. Everything started cramping. But you have to hold it and maintain that smile. I did what i could and showed off whatever asset i had. Just too bad my football theme costume didn't show my back enough.

Getting called out for top 10 was music me. I know my physique wasnt as lean but i gave the best performance i could. The medal was enough for me at that moment. knowing my family, my boyfriend and my friends were in the crowd really was a confidence booster.

It later shifted its focus to promote biodiversity conservation in Hong Kong and south China, and greater environmental awareness.
