    The moment when I feel like I have some misalignment and wanted a fix. I usually go to Hui Hian but she didn't reply me, so had to alternate to avoid from skipping Arm Balancing class 🙈🤣. I actually has this pull around my right leg, stiff shoulders, stiff right wrist and lowerback soreness.

    Today decided to try acupuncture at Ecare TCM Healthcare and Acupuncture at Taman Fraser, Penampang as per @lindarustico recommendation.

    I have had these kinda treatment years back from a Mr. Leong for a year at Hospital Likas. He always fixed my lowerback problem and I was on treatment every week. The session is an hour with Ms. Chin and it was similar with the one I had before.

    Started with blood pressure check and consultation, then treatment face down on the bed. Boy, oh it's coming back to me now, this feeling 🤣😅. I swear I had almost 30 needles around my right leg, right arm, shoulders ans lowerback in total. But I know it's the small thin needles and not the thick special ones 🙈. With heat treatment, followed by massage and is that shockwave treatment? Lotsa vibrations on my back. I think I fell asleep halfway.

    Overall it was a good session and Ms. Chin is soft spoken and gentle. Yeah no pain in my case. I feel ticklish only 🤣 Hope I don't have anymore reoccurring injuries from just sitting/sleeping hahah.

    冬春季節正是流行性感冒的好發季節，流感的傳染途徑主要是透過感染者咳嗽或打噴嚏所產生的飛沫將病毒傳播給其他人，尤其在密閉空間，由於空氣不流通，更容易造成病毒傳播。

    另外，因為流感病毒可短暫存活於物體表面，所以也可經由接觸傳染，如手接觸到污染物表面上的口沫或鼻涕等黏液，再碰觸自己的口、鼻或眼睛而感染。

    由於流感病毒是經由飛沫及接觸傳染，可於人潮擁擠處快速傳播，亦容易隨著旅遊及經貿、社交等活動，而加速疾病散播。

    農曆春節即將到來，此時正逢流感流行的高峰期，隨著返鄉人潮南來北往，疫情也可能跟著感染者的活動而擴散至各處，因此請大家一定要多多留意與預防！
