這次旅行不只行前的手續多，到了之後也是有許多當地的防疫政策需要遵守。相較德國，新加坡當地是執行的比較嚴格的。

在機場過海關的時後，他們就會檢查你手機裡有沒有下載他們的要求的 App 叫 TraceTogether，並在檢查護照後馬上要 activate。這個 App 非常重要，因為在各個場所(百貨公司、餐廳、hawker、便利商店、等等...)進出都要用這軟體登記，而且上面也會顯示你有沒有打疫苗。

我們在新加坡期間，室內規定用餐必須都要打完疫苗14天的，同桌用餐人數最多5人，而且有些餐廳還會一個一個檢查進入用餐前有沒有登記，核對身份。不像德國，就算沒有打疫苗，只要有快篩陰性證明也可以在室內用餐。而且我知道有些人還會作假陰性證明，反正餐廳也不會真的核對身份。

至於大家去新加坡一定會造訪的戶外 hawker centre，因為沒有要求要打疫苗，所以同桌最多只能2人。這次因為飛龍妹跟我們同行，變成我們去 hawker 吃東西都只能分開兩桌，或是像照片中這樣隔很遠。是有一點點不方便，因為點的菜沒辦法放一起吃，只能我夾菜在盤子裡給飛龍。

再來就是如果在餐廳坐下來但還沒有上菜上飲料時，口罩是不可以拿下來的。我第一天跟朋友吃飯時因為進到餐廳坐下來就很開心把口罩拿下來，還被服務人員提醒必須先戴著。在德國，只要是坐下來就可以把口罩取下，而且有些人就算起身去廁所也不會帶，餐廳也不一定會有人管。

我猜是因為人數限制以及疫情升溫的緣故，可以看到 hawker centre 的人潮非常少。當然少了遊客也是一個因素啦。那天在吃飯的時候聽到攤販老闆們在互相詢問生意如何，叫外賣的單多不多。回想三年前跟飛龍在這個 hawker 吃飯，那每一攤的生意都嚇嚇叫，每個桌子都坐的滿滿滿。攤販們哪有時間坐在那邊聊天。看到如今的冷清，真的也是滿感傷的。這疫情讓好多人都好辛苦。

新加坡就算在戶外走動也是都規定要戴口罩，搭乘大眾交通工具更不用說了，口罩是一定要戴的。而且 MRT 站內也都會有警示牌提醒民眾避免交談或講電話。德國目前室內跟大眾交通也都還是要戴口罩，但戶外已經好一陣子沒有強制要戴，幾乎一半以上的人也沒在戴了。

不過新加坡嚴格管控但感染人數一直增加，德國越來越鬆感染人數卻下降了，到底怎麼回事? 😅
