水上人後代陳子坤及其妻阮穎姿，2019年起經營文化旅遊機構「浪遊漁港1773」，舉辦香港仔港灣舢舨遊，讓人沿途觀賞風景之餘，亦有內容豐富的語音導賞、「住家艇」展覽參觀環節。「香港仔以前有水上人在此居住，有community，有『住家艇』、形形式式的漁船，在它們未真正式微或消逝前，希望把這種文化承傳下去。」阮穎姿說。年屆七十歲的水上人杜海富，是舢舨遊的船長，他自述水上人的刻苦生活：「水上面嘅生活，千變萬化，刺激試過，乜都試過。」

2021-04-30 17:30:03Hong Kong's history is tie strongly to its harbour and sea. And one of the earliest inhabitants are the fishing folks, who live in houseboats in sheltered bays in Hong Kong. One of the most historic and famous is the Aberdeen Fishing Village, or Aberdeen Floating Village, and you can also visit the Lamma Fisherfolk Village to see how fishes are reared and caught in the old days.
This is a day/half day trip to Aberdeen and Lamma Island with Aberdeen 1773 and Lamma Rainbow Tour. We visited a houseboat turned museum, took a sampan ride around Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter, then off to Lamma Island for some seafood feast and a visit to the Lamma Fisherfolk village.

Believe it or not, this was already my 3rd Staycation at【Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel 香港海洋公園萬豪酒店】in 2020~2021.
I just like the overall vibe and design, Location in the South side, the Pool, close proximity to MTR transportation now. Its also close to Aberdeen & Ap Lei Chau near the sea, there's some hiking trails & greeneries. Restaurants are decent too, I prob frequent the Prohibition Grill Steakhouse the most, also the Buffet restaurant which also acts as the Breakfast venue..
It's like an Oasis not too far away, ideal for a mini get away anytime 😶💤
