    自助餐係好啱我食
    但絕不能是「維持生命餐」
    寧願選擇少啲，都要優質

    The Mira 嘅 Yamm 對上一次來食主題自助午餐
    好味程度記到而家
    今次主題係「味遊澳洲」，供應至2021年11月14日
    而我去食果晚，最難忘嘅有

    🦪任食即開生蠔，4款分別係：
    澳洲 Smokey Bay，法國 Mermaid "La Sirène" No.4，愛爾蘭 Dooriel Special No.4，美國 Taylor Pacific
    澳洲 Smokey Bay 最爽，其他都較 creamy
    所以最後我吃了10隻澳洲蠔😅
    配南澳嘅 'Egon Muller 'Kanta' Riesling
    唔食生蠔，想食熟？
    仲有蒜蓉粉絲蒸蠔或風沙廣島蠔比你揀

    🥩慢煮澳洲草飼牛西冷，草飼牛無咁肥，肉味濃有嚼頭，慢煮是剛剛好

    🦞冰鎮蒸波士頓龍蝦及🍣多款壽司
    龍蝦山全晚keep住refill，食到最後都仲可以攞
    The Mira 嘅壽司醋飯比例及柔軟度都適中
    比排大隊嘅壽司店水準更高

    兩款澳洲甜品外貌不花巧，但味道超卓！The Mira buffet 的甜品一向出色，今次食雪糕可選配waffle cone或夾餅，配料選擇仲有荔枝味爆珠~

    袋鼠肉我好似係第一次食，肉質似駝鳥肉而味道比羊肉更羶，但係用紅酒汁都幾夾

    🦀喜歡食蟹嘅，有麵包蟹及新鮮藍蟹任食，又有欖菜豆豉焗鮮蟹
    🥢喜歡食中菜嘅，有蠔皇鮑魚花膠扣鵝掌、蟹肉伊麵、蟹粉小籠包、炸蟹鉗、石窩花膠魚肚湯

    淨係見我數，食過嘅都有咁多款式
    可以想像到我係飽到12分飽咁捧住個肚走 😅
