This is at Atico Lounge, a newly opened concept under the 1-Atico ‘penthouse’ destination which also houses FLNT, and FIRE restaurants. 🔸 We had a sofa seat by the window, a spacious table able to accommodate five persons, shared between just two of us due to current dine in restrictions. It was a tranquil experience, with enough drinks to get our conversations going for more than three hours till 10:30pm. 🔸 Just imagine what this place can be, once music is allowed, and we can gather in larger groups again. An epic feast for four to share, the FLNT and FIRE Gourmet Experience is a luxurious selection of Nikkei and Argentinian fare, using premium ingredients and put together in a playful combination of flavours. The feast came packaged in a tower of four boxes, each one opening up to reveal a tray of well-presented dishes. 🔸 First, the Flint Appetiser Platter consisted of five refreshing appetisers to whet the appetite: • Momotaro Japanese tomato • Crispy Tacos with Satsumaimo Hummus • Shiro Ebi • Yellowtail Ceviche • Octopus Ceviche 🔸 Then came the heavyweights, succulent and packed with flavour: • ‘Devesa’ Argentinian Dry-aged OP 500g • Slow-cooked Sherry and Orange Iberico pork ribs • Marinated Free Range Chicken Gremolata • Chorizo Snail Sausage 🔸 This was complemented by beautifully prepared vegetable side dishes: • Pickled Heirloom Carrots & New World Potatoes ‘Rescoldo’ • Asparagus topped with Manchego cheese • White Corn • Palermo Peppers 🔸 Finishing on a sweet note, we enjoyed: • Flan “Adriana” Dulce de leche • Choco Torta with hazelnut 🔸 As part of the dining experience, the team at 1-Atico also put together a playlist that set the rhythm of our exciting Sunday lunch.
