【台美外交】
國民黨主席選舉開始討論起如何加強對美關係，包括主席江啟臣計畫訪美、朱立倫拋出設置駐美代表處等，阿賢對此蠻多感觸的，因為阿賢也剛剛參與一場外交課程。

其實，阿賢上月底完成美國國務院邀請的IVLP（國際訪問領袖）課程，期間除與各國代表交流之外，更進一步了解美國政經文化制度，阿賢也算是小小外交尖兵吧。

阿賢今早收到國務院頒發的證書，非常開心與榮幸有這次的學習經驗，阿賢認為這是一次很棒的學習，民主價值需要實踐、也要發展與制度的落實，這才是關鍵。

舊年參加在美思工房舉行的「一cook成名」的烹飪比賽，沒想到我意外地入咗十強之餘仲有機會參與拍攝影片介紹香港的家庭式醬料品牌－香港文記醬料。

當日除咗訪問老闆文先生有關品牌的歷史外，我更要親自煮一道菜，當時我只是煮了很簡單的菜，因為我好怕花太多時間煮食🤣🤣

原本跟其餘9位參賽者於上月進行烹飪比賽，但礙於疫情關係而需要押後（我都係得閒煮吓餸當練習先）😅😅

其實我當初參加只係為咗上烹飪堂學煮食，最開心係跟十多年前一起上女童軍領袖課程的朋友Daphne 樂思廚 再有機會一齊上堂，能夠有機會跟煮食達人一齊入圍真係我的榮幸。

題目: 六步提升你的領袖能力 (6 Steps to Become A Better Leader) based on Harvard Professor Robert Steven Kaplan's teaching and his 3 books.
