#持續推動雙聯學制穩定發展

雙聯學制能增加學生間跨境交流頻率，也能進一步促成國內外學校合作，不僅僅是 #跨國學習 拿學位的一種趨勢，也是學校國際化程度的指標。#雙聯學制 已在大學行之有年，近期有部分高中也開始推行雙聯學制，讓學生在校利用選修或課後跨國學習部分課程。

我國青少年於高教階段選擇出國留學比例偏高，而近年國內大學甚至高中遭遇生源逐漸減少，「與其讓學生離開，不如讓學生在國內也能獲得出國學習的資源」，雙聯學制可為學校維持招生的競爭力、提供學生另一種選擇，所以秀寳支持教育部持續挹注資源來推動相關政策。此外，#後疫情時代 學生不像以往方便出國，在雙聯學制下如何強化數位工具，或兩校學程政策因疫情需要調整，教育部亦應積極協助處理，讓學生跨國學習不斷線。

#分科測驗成績採級分制，有關單位應與各方團體溝通審慎辦理

為推廣 #108課綱 精神，先前由招聯會議定 #111學年分科測驗成績採級分制，期盼「成就每一個孩子」，延續學測科科等值、避免考生分分計較。雖說過去有關單位曾進行模擬分析，並評估 #同級分超額 的情形可控制，遇到同級分超額時也有篩選作法；然而分科測驗改採級分制，若級距越大，同級分超額的狀況就越可能發生。

秀寳認為，#考招新制 上路本就各界會有不同看法，但基本原則就是要讓人對制度能夠信任，並認為制度能確保考試公平公正。針對同級分超額篩選疑慮，教育部已請大考中心再進行相關評估，發現有少部分校系仍有同級分超篩的風險；也已請招聯會要依近期多數團體建議，評估改採60級分或75級分。秀寳對於教育部積極回應各界疑慮予以肯定，不過仍要再次提醒，就算考招新制用意良善，但在制度尚未穩定確立前，都需要多加溝通；有關單位也要更加審慎辦理，才能讓制度與大家期待相符，真正完備。

翻轉視界 18 Changing Perspective

There's not just one road to the destination, but many roads. You just need to take the little step that’s right in front of you, and then the next one, and a few years down the track, they will seem like massive achievements.

通往目的地的路不止一條，有很多路可走。你只需要邁出眼前這一小步，然後再邁出下一步，幾年下來，將會成為巨大成就。

I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

I ended up having to move school 3 times before I came to Balwyn Primary School, which was relatively multicultural.
