    男人腎虧怎麼辦?

    李先生:「最近房事有點力不從心,我是否腎虧?」

    CheckCheckCin:廣東話俗語「腎虧」,對應中醫用語應為「腎虛」,關於性功能障礙問題,很多人立即聯想是腎功能異常,中醫理論認為「腎藏精,主生長、發育、生殖」,部份性功能障礙的確與腎虛有關,但腎虛可再細分為腎陽虛及腎陰虛:
    (一)腎陽虛症狀為畏寒肢冷、神疲乏力、腰膝痠軟、小便自遺、大便稀爛或凌晨3-5時會腹瀉,男士有陽萎、遺精或早洩,女士有痛經而暖敷能緩解、閉經甚至難有孕,需要溫補腎陽;
    (二)腎陰虛症狀為煩熱、腰膝痠軟、暈眩、耳鳴或耳聾、盜汗、牙肉腫痛、喉嚨痛,男士有遺精或早洩,女士有閉經或難有孕,需要滋陰補腎。
    兩種腎虛都可飲用相對茶療調理,不過性功能障礙成因還有很多,想進一步了解宜諮詢註冊中醫師。

    腎陽虛茶療:黑芝麻核桃桂圓茶
    功效:溫補腎陽,紓緩因腎陽虛引致的畏寒肢冷、神疲乏力、宮寒痛經等症狀。
    材料:黑芝麻10克、核桃20克、桂圓10克
    做法:黑芝麻及核桃用小火略炒至有香味,桂圓洗淨切碎。材料加入900毫升水,以武火煮滾後調文火煮10分鐘,倒進保溫瓶泡5分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
    備註:此茶偏溫性,身體有實熱症狀不宜飲用。

    腎陰虛茶療:枸杞子桑椹茶
    功效:滋陰補腎、補肝益血,紓緩因腎陰虛引致的暈眩、腰膝痠軟等症狀。
    材料:枸杞子15粒、桑椹3-4粒、南棗3粒(剪碎)
    做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱水沖洗一遍,再注入熱水焗約10分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
    備註:此茶偏滋膩,身體有痰濕症狀不宜飲用。

    Men with asthenic kidneys

    “Having sex wears me out recently. I wonder if it has to do with asthenic kidneys?”

    CheckCheckCin: Asthenic kidneys refer to weakness in the kidneys. People would generally associate sexual dysfunction with kidneys, and Chinese Medicine theories believe that the kidneys store the essence, promote growth and reproduction. Thus, sexual dysfunction is partially associated with the organ’s weakness. There are two types of weakness in the kidneys – yin-deficient and yang-deficient:

    1) Yang-deficient type asthenic kidney: Symptoms include aversion to cold, fatigue, soreness and weakness in the knees and waist, after-dribble, loose stools, or experience diarrhea at around 3-5am.

    Men would experience erectile dysfunction, nocturnal emission, or premature ejaculation, whereas women would experience pain during menstruation (warm compression can relieve this condition), amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), and difficulties with conception. Hence, it is important to replenish yang in the kidneys.

    2) Yin-deficient type asthenic kidneys: Symptoms include the accumulation of heat in the body, soreness and weakness in the knees and waist, dizziness, tinnitus or hearing impairment, night sweats, gum pain, and sore throat.

    Men would experience nocturnal emission, or premature ejaculation, whereas woman might experience amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), and difficulties with conception. Hence, it is important to replenish yin in the kidneys.

    We can improve the two types of asthenic kidneys by consuming the right herbal tea, but please note that there are also many other factors that would contribute to sexual dysfunction. Do consult a registered and licensed Chinese medicine practitioner to find out more.

    Tea for Yang-deficient type asthenic kidney:
    Dried longan tea with black sesame and walnuts

    Effects: Warms and nourishes the kidney yang. Relieves yang-deficient type asthenic kidney symptoms such as aversion to cold, cold limbs, fatigue, cold uterus caused menstrual pain.

    Ingredients: 10g black sesame, 20g walnut, 10g dried longan

    Preparation: Fry black sesame and walnuts on low heat until fragrance develops. Rinse dried longan and cut into small pieces. Combine all ingredients with 900ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into thermos and steep for 5 minutes. This tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens.

    Note: this tea is warm in nature, those with heat-related and damp heat body types should avoid.

    Tea for Yin-deficient type asthenic kidney:
    Mulberries tea with wolfberries

    Effects: Nourishes yin and replenishes the kidneys and liver, promotes blood circulation. Relieves yin-deficient type asthenic kidneys symptoms such as dizziness, soreness and weakness in the knees and waist.

    Ingredients: 15 wolfberries, 3-4 mulberries, 2 jujube dates (chopped)

    Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 10 minutes. This tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens.

    Note: This tea is heavy in nature. Those with dampness symptoms should not have this tea.

    上次發了限時動態分享抗經痛戰勝的快樂後,收到很多訊息,太多訊息,讓我想起這幾年來每當經痛聽到什麼偏方就想嘗試卻也屢屢失敗的自己,必須要擠出這篇文章。
    今天跟大家分享的不是教學文,不是你照做就能終結經痛,#每個人的體質不同
    純粹一個經痛女子學東學西後,拿自己當白老鼠的經驗分享

    首先
    先搞清楚自己的體質。
    我在阿育吠陀裡是火土型人,在中醫裡腎虛脾濕寒底心火旺。四肢循環差,極易水腫,受傷、下水、生活習慣等等造成身上很多氣瘀不通。
    養生這件事,就是先搞清楚自己的問題和弱點,才能補強和保養。

    上次月經到這次之間,適逢要準備比賽和近視雷射手術, 除了自由潛水課和瑜伽師資,平時沒有進行其他運動
    每天練習瑜伽時,加強肩立式、下犬式等等可以烹煮骨盆的體位。
    備賽期的橫膈膜拉伸,也給內臟帶來許多按摩。

    睡眠區間80%落在10點睡5.6點起床 11.12點睡7.8起床

    飲食部分自己煮(我都有拍在限時),所以很方便控制要吃的食物,主要避開寒性食物像(或是加上薑料理),冰的甜的辣的真的本來就很少吃

    經期期間,媽媽會煎豬肝給我吃,協助經血排出。會古法滴雞湯喝,補充元氣。
    經期即將結束時,會吃麻油腰子,協助子宮收縮。 (絕對不要在經期期間吃麻油哦!)

    最近還嘗試了將廣陳皮煮成茶來喝,排濕健脾
    同時跟大家分享新建立喝水的觀念,
    以往總是會說讓水帶水,或是規定一天要喝幾杯水。
    但你知道嗎?
    身體如果沒有順利排水,多喝水反而會讓身體裡的廢水堆積,過多,有害無益。

    洗澡的部分,平常盡量在日落前,尤其到了月經來頭兩天不洗頭(通常會窩在家🤣 真的不得已要立刻馬上吹乾!全乾!)

    公設溫泉因疫情不能去泡後,我都在家泡澡,時間比較趕的話,洗澡時用溫度較高的水將全身都沖到熱熱的(尤其加強背部,在阿育吠陀裡,背屬陰面,容易寒涼儲廢物)

    洗澡完擦乳液時,幫膽經和脾經按摩
    有足夠時間會刮痧,但不能常常
    因為是大工程,而且刮完後要留修復時間,所以這一個月常被看我整條腿瘀青狀態🤣
    還有會拿艾草灸八髎和腹部,以上主要都為了通氣血,疏廢物毒素。

    如果兩年前你問我,月經來可不可以運動,我會說只要你想動沒什麼不可以的。
    但現在的話,我會問你為何不待在床上好好休息。
    我不是專業,只是現在會認為身上任何一處虛弱時,都應該好好休養,訓練不差這一兩天,每一個月最虛弱的時候,更應該好好照顧身體,就是坐月子的概念。在上瑜伽師資時,老師也是這麼教授我們的,讓我更堅信不是自己愛發懶而已🤣

    很多人問我,去哪一家中醫調月經的,但很抱歉,我只有靠自己🥺
    也曾經問一個幫我把脈的老師,能不能開藥給我吃比較快,但他跟我說,如果我能靠日常生活調整,何必吃藥。吃藥只是快而已,但養生是一輩子的事情。

    如果人生像大海,我們的身體就是一艘小船。
    再貴的保養改裝品,也擋不了你每天錯誤生活習慣的摧殘。

    許多看似壯碩的人,其實未必就是健康的,比如說我自己以前。
    所以你說我學東學西到底要幹嘛?
    其實也就是想把自己的身體照顧好而已,想要更趨近健康,不想一直處於亞健康(難啦繼續努力🤣

    及早養腎保護膝關節
    孝子:「爸爸年紀漸長,不時抱怨膝痛走不動,吃止痛藥也沒有用,應該怎麼辦?」

    CheckCheckCin:膝痛走不動多源於關節退化,關節退化是自然的老化現象,症狀包括關節疼痛、酸軟無力、僵硬、上落樓梯有困難等,多見於長者、骨質疏鬆症患者及長期體力勞動者。中醫典籍《黃帝內經》提到男士「五八(40歲)腎氣衰」,而且「五臟之中,腎主藏精,主骨生髓」,由於男人的腎氣從40歲開始減弱,腎精不足導致骨髓空虛,骨質無法得到足夠養分,關節隨之退化,影響腿腳活動。如果膝關節不適症狀影響日常生活,應該盡早求醫。也可以透過以下方式著手,防止及延緩關節老化。
    - 控制體重,以免過重而加重膝關節負擔,甚至引發關節炎
    - 多穿長褲避免膝關節受寒
    - 每天早上10時前或下午4時後曬太陽20至30分鐘,吸收維他命D及補充陽氣
    - 少提重物,如提取重物時要保持正確姿勢,下蹲並降低身體重心,身體盡量貼近重物,挺直腰背,靠腿部力量抬起重物
    - 適量進食養腎食物,例如夕米水、黑芝麻、黑豆、蠔、瑤柱、核桃、腰果等
    - 每天按摩腎經穴位,活躍腎經內氣

    腎經首穴 — 湧泉穴
    功效:滋陰養腎、強精益髓,防治腰腿酸軟無力
    位置:足底,屈足捲趾時足心凹陷處
    方法:每天用大拇指用力打圈按揉2-3分鐘

    Take care of your kidneys early to protect your knees

    “As my dad gets older, he often complains about knee pain and difficulty walking. Pain killers do not seem to work, what can we do?"
    CheckCheckCin: Knee pain and difficulty walking are mostly caused by degenerative joint.
    Joint degeneration is a natural part of aging. Its symptoms include joint pain, weakness and soreness, stiffness, difficulty in walking up and down stairs. It is common with the elderly, osteoporosis patients and long-term manual workers. Ancient Chinese medicine book “Huangdi Neijing” mentioned that men’s kidney qi get worse after the age of 40. Insufficient kidney essence leads to empty marrow. The bone cannot get enough nutrients. Therefore, joint degenerates then affects leg movement. You can seek for medical help if knee joint discomfort affects your daily live. You can also start to prevent and relieve joint degeneration by doing the following.
    - Control your weight so as not to overburden your knees and even cause arthritis
    - Wear trousers more often to avoid exposing your knees to cold
    - Expose yourself to sunlight for 20 to 30 minutes every day before 10 am or after 4 pm to absorb vitamin D and replenish yang qi
    - Lift less heavy objects. If you have to lift heavy objects, keep your posture proper. Lower your center of gravity by squatting down. Keep your body close to heavy objects, straighten your back, and lift heavy objects using your leg strength.
    - Appropriately consume ingredients that nourish kidney, such as dusk rice water, black sesame, black beans, oyster, dried scallops, walnuts, cashews, etc.
    - Massage the kidney points every day to active kidney qi
    Kidney meridian point - Yong Quan Point
    Effect: nourishes yin and kidneys, strengthens your marrow. To prevent weak leg and waist
    Location: bottom of feet, curl up your toes and it is located at the depressed point at the center of your feet
    Method: use your thumb and massage in circular motion for 2 to 3 minutes every day.
