無水咖喱飯 Ground meat curry

自從上次嘗試Hello fresh食材箱以後,不再使用咖哩塊煮咖哩了,而是用新鮮的蔬菜和咖哩粉調自己喜歡的咖哩飯。這次分享的咖哩飯是用豬牛絞肉做的無水咖哩飯,製作過程很簡單,又非常下飯,每次煮這道,飯都不夠吃😅分享給你們!右滑看我用了什麼食材➡️

📝製作過程 (參考 @masa_cookingram )
1️⃣將洋蔥蒜頭和薑一起拌炒至金黃後,加入絞肉
2️⃣加入少許鹽和黑胡椒調味,炒至肉末變色後加入咖哩粉
3️⃣待香味釋出後,加入罐頭番茄泥轉小火後,再加入糖和奶油、醬油和番茄醬
4️⃣慢火燉煮約5分鐘就可以起鍋了

Since I tried the Hello fresh cookbox last time, I no longer use curry cubes to cook curry, but use fresh vegetables and curry powder to make one of my favorite: curry with rice. The dish that I share this time is curry without adding any water. The preparation is very simple and I often eat more rice when I cook it😅Hope you like it as well. Curry preparation (inspired by @masa_cookingram )
1️⃣Stir-fry the onion, garlic and ginger until golden brown, and then add the ground meat
2️⃣Season with proper amount of salt and black pepper. Stir-fry until the minced meat turn brown, and then add curry powder
3️⃣When the aroma of curry is released, add canned tomato and turn to low heat. Afterwards, add sugar and butter, soy sauce and ketchup
4️⃣Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes and it is ready to serve
