    海洋立國不是光靠海鮮文化或海洋音樂季就能搞定
    連燙傷的沖脫泡蓋送或CPR作法等都能宣傳這麼好
    教導民眾海邊遇險如何脫困也沒那麼難吧?!?!
    再不......學老美多設立遇險警示並宣傳正確安全觀念
    都比蓋籬笆封海岸好吧!!!

    是北部一群風浪板/風箏衝浪運動愛好者的統稱
    常在風好浪好的海域活動
    最常出現桃園觀音與永安海水浴場
    但內埤/福隆/白沙灣/沙崙/八里/下福/竹南/崎頂/彰濱工業區/七股/將軍/墾丁/興昌海邊都留下足跡
    只要風好時就會看到這群人在海面上出沒

    We had several rip currents victims in Taiwan year after year. So I decided to localize the NOAA Rip Currents Sign into Chinese and share it on Facebook to avoid another tragedy.
