#媽咪日常 | 一點點就好，找回當自己的快樂

最近發文頻率降低許多、就連許多有興趣的合作都痛心拒絕，其實就是花了兩周時間在適應新的Ethan的國小作息。
▪️你們覺得國小到底該送安親班好呢？
▪️還是在家自己看著寫功課好呢？

我覺得這是一個很難的課題，我猶豫了許久，去參觀了安親班環境，最後選擇了自己帶個菲菲接送國小+外師英文班，畢竟捨不得他小一就整個下午待在空間狹小的教室中。
P.s.但每個家庭都有自己的考量，絕對沒有是非對錯。

因為現在每天作息被切滿零碎的；
▪️06：40 起床吃早餐、準備兩隻洗漱出門
▪️07：30 國小到校
▪️08：00 菲的新竹各大公園巡迴
▪️10：00 菲回家睡午覺/我做事+準備午餐
▪️12：00 挖起床吃午餐/整理
▪️12：35 帶菲去接哥哥
▪️12：50 哥吃點心+在家寫功課
▪️13：40 載去英文班/陪菲在家裡玩
▪️15：50 去英文班接哥哥回來
▪️16：10 兩隻一起洗澡玩水/我煮晚餐
▪️16：40 一起吃晚餐
▪️18：00 念繪本時間（根本戰爭！）
▪️19：00 菲菲上床睡覺
▪️20：00 伊森上床睡覺/我整理廚房

大概花了兩周時間我才習慣這樣東奔西跑步調，雖然偽單親沒後援是很累的一件事，但也是這樣才能感受到身邊朋友的溫暖❤️

在我適應前，三不五時媽媽朋友們就會擔心我又沒吃飯、問我要不要幫忙買午餐？約我一起吃早餐幫忙看著菲菲等。

最近適應後，更是大家不嫌棄我帶個嫩嬰出門，利用接送Ethan的空檔，大家一起去滑蛇板、打羽球等等，活動一下身體真的超舒服～！

即使把菲菲一起帶出門，但當下還是有做回自己的感覺，做著讓自己開心快樂的事，而再也不是看孩子們開心而感到快樂🥰

很多時候我們在事情發生的當下，認為的好或壞，回頭看這些過程，真的沒有所謂的好或壞，事情是一體兩面，端看你怎麼去看待。回來加拿大的這段期間，生活步調慢了下來，我也好好沉澱下這三年進入演藝圈後感到的焦慮與不安，心境上真的開闊很多，以前不敢休息，但現在覺得休息真的是為了走更長遠的路，Melina有句話說得真好：「人生的常態就是變化，這是唯一不變的」，我想說，「不要害怕變化，享受生活中的每一刻吧！」

The only constant in life is change. Went through lots of changes for sure in the past 3 years, but no matter what I still believe that everything happens for a reason. 這款調酒是最近我與「和酒PLUS1」的合作活動中，設計來搭配柚子和菓子的調酒。由於不是直接把辣椒的風味融入酒體中，而是使用了顆粒狀的辣椒粉，因此品嚐時會先嚐到巧克力的甜、接著才隨著咀嚼與吞嚥感受到微微的辣感。

－材料－

手沖咖啡 46g
黑巧克力 15g
白蘭地 23g
蛋白粉 2小匙
乾辣椒 適量
糖 1~2小匙（可選）

・手沖咖啡建議使用深焙豆，濃度不宜過高
・巧克力不建議使用偏果酸調的種類
・可依個人喜好加入1~2小匙的糖調整風味


－製作方法－

1、將乾辣椒去籽後磨成粗顆粒狀備用。
2、沖煮適量的黑咖啡，並將咖啡冷卻至室溫。
3、以隔水加熱的方式融化黑巧克力。
4、將巧克力與白蘭地拌勻。
5、將(4)的巧克力加入手沖咖啡、蛋白粉、糖（可選），並用攪拌機打勻。
6、將打勻的酒體以細篩網過篩並裝杯。
7、待泡沫上浮後撒上適量辣椒粉即完成。

・此款調酒為不冰的常溫調酒
・進階做法：將糖煙燻後再加入，進一步調整風味
