The mung bean paste is soft and moist, and the melting durian filling is just too heavenly. ⁡ Normally I am not a fan of moon cakes; every year during the Mid-Autumn Festival I feel rather lonely when others are excited about moon cakes (I am not so sure whether I am the only Taiwanese who doesn’t like rice dumplings and moon cakes). ⁡ But this year I found this amazing mung bean cake.
