3）單手 / 彈力繩 / 啞鈴划船（闊背肌）10-12 x 4組 （左、右邊各4組）

4）彈力繩啞鈴划船（斜方、闊背肌） 有彈力繩10-12下+無彈力繩力竭 x 4組（超級組）

5）過頭拉舉 10-12 x 4組

6）硬舉式闊背划船 10-12 x 4組
