    <北部的朋友今晚要多注意保暖呀！>
    今晨台北出現10.3度低溫，創下24年以來最冷4月紀錄，以氣象局寒流定義台北10度來看，這波冷氣團強度已相差不遠。氣象預報員林定宜表示，今天白天各地天氣穩定、多雲到晴，北部高溫23度、中部25度、南部28度、東部24度，但今晚到明天清晨還會有一次輻射冷卻效應，會不會有比今晨更低溫出現，還要再觀察。

    根據氣象局預報，各地低溫北部11度、中部11度、南部15度、東部15度。要留意的是，西半部地區日夜溫差大，越晚越冷，北部今溫差有10度之多，中南部還會差更大。氣象局也針對台中、彰化以北及南投、宜蘭等11縣市發布低溫特報，有6度以上、10度以下低溫可能。
