今天去公證英文的出生證明書,
想說寫出來和大家分享自己的經驗,
以下我用1. 2. 3. 標示步驟

1. 先到原登記戶籍的戶政事務所申請出生證明書 (工本費十元)
2. 翻譯該出生證明書 (必須連那些印章部分都要翻譯e.g. with seal)
(請見附件一我的譯本)
3. 拿著原版的中文出生證明書 + 翻譯好的英文出生證明書 +
身分證 (本人和譯者的都要; 但是如果本人就是譯者, 當然
就只要本人的就好) + 印章 (同身分證的部分) 到地方法院
或是簡易法庭的公證處去公證
4. 到了法院公證處以後, 要先買一份 "認證申請書" (一份3元)
5. 填了以後交給櫃檯等號碼牌
6. 見到公證人之後, 公證人會依依比對英文和中文的部分, 然後
會請你拿一章單子去繳費 (英文出生證明書認證是一式五份
NT$750), 繳費完之後再把收據交給公證人
7. 接著公證人就會將你所要的一式五份英文出生證明書交給櫃檯
的小姐蓋鋼印, 就 ok 完成了
