率減少,身體需要時間調節氣候對身體的轉變,可能會出現疲累感,宜多吃清熱安神
的食物,適量進食蓮子、百合、桂圓、蜂蜜、雪耳、海帶、海蜇等,有助過渡這個季
節交接期。
初秋日夜溫差大,室內冷氣勿調過低, 睡覺時記得蓋好被才睡覺。宜早睡早起,有助
肺氣舒展,喚醒整日的精神。

During the transition period, the temperature during the day time will still be high, but we will begin to sense the arrival of autumn at night. During the seasonal change, the yang qi in nature turns from discharge to convergence, and the qi of yin and yang of the human body also changes. Compared to summer, the body will sweat less. The body needs time to adjust to climate change, people may feel tired. We recommend you eat more ingredients to clear heat and calm the mind, such as lotus seeds, lily bulb, longan, honey, snow fungus, seaweed, jellyfish, to adapt to the season change.
The temperature difference between day and night is higher so be sure to not adjust the temperature of air-conditioned room to too low, use a proper blanket when sleeping. Wake up earlier and go to sleep earlier to replenish the lung qi and refresh the mind.

CheckCheckCin:中醫主張辨證論治,意思是根據症狀辨清病因及治療方案,每個人體質不同,沒有一條藥方可以適合所有人,所以不建議胡亂使用偏方,有可能治病不成反而加重病情。想強身防病,可以從健脾祛濕著手,香港人普遍多痰濕,主要因為嗜吃生冷甜膩食物、常躲在冷氣房、久坐不動,加上氣候潮濕,如果你發現舌頭白色濕潤黏膩、大便黏馬桶又異常地臭、常感到疲倦及胸悶胃脹,就是身體有濕的警號。
「脾主運化」,只要脾功能良好,就能運化水濕,令濕氣不易囤積。建議平日少吃油膩、生冷食物、凍飲及甜品,多吃健脾化濕的食物如白米、赤小豆、淮山、薏米、扁豆衣、番薯等,每天飲一杯米水,都可以有助強健脾胃,驅走濕氣。定時做適量運動,亦有助身體排汗祛濕。
藿香豆蔻陳皮茶
功效:化濕行氣,理氣健脾,紓緩因為痰濕引致頭身困重、疲倦不堪的症狀。
材料:藿香6克、白豆蔻3克、陳皮1角
做法:材料洗淨,鍋中加入約800毫升水,加入材料,武火煮滾後調中火煮約20分鐘即可。建議一星期連續飲用3天。
備註:陰虛人士不宜飲用。

If you want to strengthen your body and prevent disease, you can start with strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness. People in Hong Kong generally have phlegm and dampness body type because they like to eat cold/raw and oily food, spend significant time in air-conditioned rooms, sit without moving for long periods of time, and climate is humid. If you find that your tongue is white, damp and sticky, your stool sticks to the toilet and is unusually smelly, you feel fatigue, chest tightness, stomach bloating, those are the warning signs that there is dampness in the body.
The spleen transports fluid to ensure dampness does not stagnate in the body. Have less oily and cold/raw food, drink and dessert. Eat more ingredients that can strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness such as rice, rice bean, Chinese yam, coix seeds, hyacinth bean coat and sweet potato. Drink a cup of rice water daily to strengthen the spleen and stomach to dispel dampness. Exercising regularly can also help encourage sweating and dispel dampness.
Patchouli tea with cardamom and dried citrus peel
Effects: dispels dampness and promotes qi circulation, regulates qi and strengthens the spleen, relieves relieve heaviness of head and body, fatigue due to phlegm and dampness
Ingredients: 6g patchouli, 3g cardamom, 1 dried citrus peel
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to medium heat and cook for another 20 minutes.
For best results, drink consecutively for 3 days a week.
Note: Not suitable for those with yin deficiency
