Windows10文件目錄下添加Shift+右鍵打開管理員Powershell視窗

命令行就命令行吧，所以我選擇Powershell。在我放程式的位置，直接Shift+滑鼠右鍵，右鍵菜單里在此處打開Powershell 視窗(S)，這樣就省了再去各種cd 了。
