1. Link your Mac to your iPhone using a USB cable. 2. Launch the QuickTime Player on your Mac. You can do so via either the Applications folder or the Launchpad. 3. Click on "File" in the top right corner and then select "New Movie Recording." Alternatively, you can use the shortcut "Option+Command+N".
