What are walking frames? Walking frames are devices that offer support for people with walking providing stability and balance to those who are a little less steady on their feet. They are larger in size than just a regular walking stick. How do you use a walking frame correctly? In a standing position, lift the frame forward a small distance and put it down with all four tips firmly on the ground. Step forward with one leg whilst placing your weight through the frame and then lift the other leg alongside too. Continue to repeat this process to move forward.
