"cluster"` throws `ERR_UNSUPPORTED_ESM_URL_SCHEME`

If I use exec_mode : "cluster" , pm2 throws ERR_UNSUPPORTED_ESM_URL_SCHEME , while exec_mode : "fork" works correctly.
