IY49894: NDI script fails to add path to XLF RT for mpxlf* stanzas

I have found a problem with the 8.1.1.0 NDI script. The mpxlf* stanzas of the NDI-installed 8.1.1.0 are missing the path to the Fortran runtime libraries.
