D70519 [CMake] use findzlib util to include zlib - LLVM

Instead of modifying compiler and linker flags, the user just has to set the CMAKE variable ZLIB_ROOT or ZLIB_INCLUDE_DIRS/ZLIB_LIBRARIES.
