2021-08-07 20:03:42電子レンジでご飯が炊けるのは知っていたんですが機会がなかったところ、次男が就職して一人暮らしを始めたので教えがてらやってみました。耐熱温度140℃のジップロックコンテナーでやってみました。結果は上々、夏休みのお昼ご飯や弁当用にも使えそうです。
こちらの動画は三部作。前回のきゅうり漬けの動画 https://youtu.be/JEE-zyZqD60 と次の鮭の混ぜご飯動画があります。そちらもあわせてご覧ください。
*レシピ*
１．ジップロックコンテナー(容量1100ml)をスケールにのせ、目盛りを0にする。
２．お米180gを入れる。（1合は150gですね。間違えました。）
３．スケールはそのままで米を研ぎ水を切る。
４．再び、スケールにのせ450gになるように水を注ぐ。(ちなみにジップロックコンテナーの蓋を除いた重さは40gです。水は洗米時に吸水した分を含め270g入れたことになります)
５．1時間浸水させる。
６．蓋をずらして、600wの電子レンジで4分20秒加熱する。（800wの場合 3分15秒、500wの場合 5分20秒）
７．取り出してかき混ぜる。（「赤子泣いても蓋取るな」はこの際忘れるのだ。）
８．蓋をずらし、今度は300wの電子レンジで7分50秒加熱する。（200wの場合 11分40秒、150wの場合 15分35秒）
９．蓋をし、7分蒸す。
１０．でけた。
かき混ぜたら出来上がり。おいしいじゃん！いけるぞ次男！
I knew that I could cook rice in the microwave, but when I didn't have the opportunity, my second son got a job and started living alone, so I tried to teach him. I used a Ziploc container with a heat resistance of 140℃. The result is excellent, and it seems that it can be used for lunches and bento boxes during summer vacation. *recipe*
1.Place a zip lock container (capacity 1100 ml) on the scale and set to 0.
2.Add 1 cup (180g) of rice.
3.Leave the scale as it is, wash the rice drain it.
4.Put it on the scale again and pour water so that it weighs 450g. (By the way, the weight of the zip lock container excluding the lid is 40g. It means that 270g of water was added including the amount of water absorbed during rice washing.)
5.Let the rice soak for 1 hour.
6.Slide the lid and heat in a 600w microwave for 4 minutes and 20 seconds. (3 minutes 15 seconds for 800w, 5 minutes 20 seconds for 500w)
7.Take out and stir.
8.Move the lid and heat it in a 300w microwave oven for 7 minutes and 50 seconds. (11 minutes 40 seconds for 200w, 15 minutes 35 seconds for 150w)
9.Cover and steam for 7 minutes.
10.Done
Stir, and it's ready to serve. It's delicious! You can do it, second son!

2020-01-16 18:18:19今夜はメロンシート食堂でカップラーメンを使ってチャーハンを作ってみました！カップラーメンでチャーハンができるの⁉︎いえ、できるんです笑 しかも簡単なんです！カップラーメンはコンビニやスーパーで売っている「日清のカップヌードル」を使用。そこにご飯やネギなどどこの家にも置いてある材料を使って、メロンシートが絶品チャーハンを作っていきますよ！
【材料と作り方】
カップヌードル
水（200cc）
ご飯（好きな量）
卵（１個から２個）
ネギ（あれば）
油
醤油、塩、胡椒など（好みで入れる）
①カップヌードルの中身をジップロックなどに入れ粉々に潰す。
それをまたカップに戻して水を入れておく
②フライパンに油をひき、卵を入れてふわふわかき混ぜる
③卵が固まらないうちにご飯を入れてかき混ぜる
④火が全体に通ったら、カップヌードルを全部入れる
⑤さらに火が通ったらネギを入れ、必要に応じて醤油や塩胡椒などで味を整えて出来上がり！

[Ingredients and how to make]
・cup noodle
・water (200cc)
・ rice (amount you like)
・egg (one or two as you like)
・green onion (if any)
oil soy sauce, salt, pepper, etc.
(1)Put the contents of the cup noodle into a zip lock and crush it. Put it back in the cup and fill it with water.(2)Add oil to the frying pan, add the eggs and stir fluffy.(3) Add the rice and stir until the eggs have not set. (4) When the fire has gone through, put all the cup noodles.(5)Furthermore, add the green onions and cook as needed with soy sauce or salted pepper if necessary.

RESEPI AYAM BERSALUT RANGGUP 😋
Bahan- bahan :
➡ Isi ayam (nak banyak mana pun boleh)
➡ Bread crumbs / cornflakes
➡ Mayonis / tepung bestari
Cara- cara :
➡ Hiris nipis dan memanjang isi ayam...
➡ Masuk mayonis n breadcrumbs dalam mangkuk
➡ Celup isi ayam dlm mayonis
➡ Salut pulak dengan breadcrumbs.
➡ Kalau ada plastik zip lock masukkn breadcrumbs pastu terjunkn ajer isi ayam yang dah salut mayonis dalamnya, goncang2 biar bersalut..
➡ Atur dulu dalam pinggan pastu simpan sejam dalam peti ais. biar suma bahan kenal mesra dulu
➡ Kalau xde breadcrumbs boleh gnti cornflakes... ramas2 bagi hancur sikit
➡ Option lain kalau xde mayonis... boleh guna tepung ni
➡ Tabur tepung bestari tu dan letak air skit... gaul bagi rata
➡Salut dengan breadcrumbs / cornflakes ikut suka.
➡ Simpan peti ais
Dah sejam tu, panaskn minyak... guna api sedang2 jer... minyak jangan panas sangat nanti luar dah garing dalam x masak... masuk isi ayam dan goreng sampai perang

After @sk.saki and @joenapol, previously of @8020bkk haven't slowed since moving on to exciting new pastures, with Saki's luscious brand of icecreams @yora.bkk and the couple's new "Samlor" @samlor.bkk , a new casual Thai Restaurant & Bar under the +66 Banner which menu accommodates to local glam" Gub glam" (กับแกล้ม), favourite drinking foods, are now delivering their meals in box sets for multiple hungry peeps!
Menu switches- up every week as the Saki and Joe lead their kitchen team into murkier drinking food delights. We tried Samlor’s smoked Kaa Moo
The kit comes in a cardboard box with neatly packaged components in zip-lock pouches, all labelled by hand and 'warming up' instructions available via their QR code. We could tell from the the get-go we were in for a grand, casual meal. At the hands of those responsible for Michelin restaurant's star who would have doubt.
The Kaa Moo (Stewed Pork leg) for starters is enormous! As it's warming up, herbs & spices hit you from every direction and there is very little need to for your knife, the fork easily folds through the thick layers of fat and ridiculously juicy meat. Best of all, it's not spicy, so its easy to share with those with an aversion for hot chili.
The rice cooked in bamboo contains chunks of taro and other indescribable natural fragrant enhancers, and also accompanied with super smoky grilled kale and a side of pickled veg. Most memorable however was the Paloe (5 spice) eggs! The eggs, are soaked through to the yolk in a richly savory Chinese spices mix, and the yolk itself is the ultimate prize of the meal, creamy and oh-so succulent!
