Nothing tastes better than a zesty lemony dish on a hot summer day. Olive oil, garlic, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper to marinate the pork for at least 30mins. Then pan fry 3-4 minutes on both sides or until cooked through. Set the pork aside then cook the remaining marinade with a few spoons of water. High heat to bring to boil, then low heat until onion and garlic softens. Serve with pork or toss the sauce your favorite green salad.
天氣熱就只想吃口味清爽的料理,所以最近大量用檸檬,反正現在檸檬的盛產季節發,不怕傷錢包。
中午做了香草檸檬煎豬排,再搭配事先做好的酪梨沙拉和希臘馬鈴薯泥,(扭扭扭)清爽美味!
蒜頭、洋蔥、橄欖油、檸檬汁、迷迭香(或你喜歡的香料)、鹽和胡椒混合後醃製豬大里肌排,至少30分鐘。豬排直接下鍋煎每面3-4分鐘左右取出。再將剩下的醃料下鍋加些許水大火煮滾,再由小火煮到洋蔥蒜頭軟化,醬料收汁即可。
醬可以搭配豬排吃或是可以上桌前淋在沙拉上。
