You guys always ask me how I maintain my body weight. First I don’t weigh, I think looking and feeling good talks more than the numbers you see on the weighing machine, and I don’t give up on savouring good food, happiness is key folks! Okies side effects on me — got the jab sayyyy around 10am, got home and had an afternoon nap at around 3pm, woke up feeling a little bit wobbly, and the chill slowly kicked in starting from around 9pm. I felt feverish, mum checked and told me it’s the cold hands. Then gradually I felt more tired than usual, hungry too yes, and I tried to get to bed early at around 11pm. Because of the uncontrollable chill I changed to my long pyjamas and hid myself in the comforter, no aircond no fan. Yupe not even level 1 so it was considered quite severe for me. Fever began around this time. Kept waking up in the middle of the night thanks to the headache, but I could feel the fever and chill subside half way sleeping, didn’t check the time though. Experiencing almost like a post work out muscle pain on the body, and especially painful at the jab area. Still having some headache and feeling tired right now, but manageable.
