But by 1) sruti - scriptural authority i.e. Really learn from a knower of truth, an ancient scripture eg bible, yoga sutras; 2) yukti - reasoning, must be guided by a teacher who knows and lives the truth him/herself and 3) anubhava - personal experience. Very good read and great reminder after reading is Self Knowledge 🔯 Swami Nikhilananda.
