Mont Kiara (滿家樂）己成為了日本拉麵的激戰區 ！在這日系拉麵店也越開越多了。
這次我去的是2021年2月在Mont Kiara開業的 “ICHIKAKUYA 壱角家”的分行❗️ (第一家店在梳邦再也)。
豬骨拉麵在馬來西亞非常流行，但我這次去的壱角家卻提供大馬少見的 “家系拉麵”🍜。

什麼是”家系拉麵”？這是一種以豬肉和醬油為湯料的拉麵，由豬骨和雞骨與醬油醬混合而成的湯頭，還有波菜。
還有可以根據自己的喜好調整麵條的硬度、油量和味道，可以訂制自己喜愛的口味,這些都家系拉麵的特色。

「家系拉麵」是源自1974年在神奈川縣橫濱市新杉田開設的吉村家族。
當時的老闆是一名長途卡車司機，他想出了 “將東京的醬油與九州的豬骨湯混合在一起會很好 “的想法，然後家系拉麵就這樣誕生了。

壱角家的家系拉麵是奶油色的，回味中有一絲醬油的味道，但味道很濃。
它非常適合喜歡重口味的人，但喜歡豬骨拉麵的人可能會覺得橫濱一景拉麵的味道很重。
我個人覺得這個拉麵很好吃♪

This time, I went to "ICHIKAKUYA 壱角家" which opened in Mont Kiara in February 2021! (The first store is in Subang Jaya)
Tonkotsu Ramen is very popular in Malaysia, but ICHIKAKUYA which I visited this time served "Iekei Ramen" 🍜

"Iekei Ramen" is a Ramen that features a "Tonkotsu soy sauce-based" soup made by mixing soy sauce with soup stock taken from pork bones or chicken bones.
Generally, you can choose the hardness of the noodles, the amount of oil, and the strength of the taste according to your taste.
The beginning is the Yoshimuraya, which opened in 1974 in Shinsugita, Yokohama City, Kanagawa.
Iekei Ramen was born when the owner who was the driver of a truck at the time, he was thinking "It would be nice to mix soy sauce from Tokyo Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen from Kyushu???"

ICHIKAKUYA's Iekei Ramen is creamy and you can feel the flavor of soy sauce in the aftertaste, but the taste is strong anyway.
It's perfect for people who like the heavy taste, but for those who like Tonkotsu Ramen with a gentle taste, the taste of Yokohama Iekei Ramen may feel very strong.
It was a Ramen that I personally felt delicious ♪

モントキアラは日系ラーメン激戦区！
今回は2021年2月モントキアラに開店した『ICHIKAKUYA 壱角家』へ行ってきました！(1号店はスバンジャヤ)
豚骨ラーメンが人気を誇るマレーシアですが、今回訪れたICHIKAKUYAで提供しているのは『横浜家系ラーメン』🍜

ICHIKAKUYAの家系ラーメンはクリーミーで後味に醤油の風味を感じることができるのですが、とにかく味が濃いめです。
コッテリ目の味が好みの人にはピッタリですが、優しい味わいの豚骨ラーメンが好きな人には横浜家系ラーメンの味がとても濃いと感じてしまうかもしれません。
私は個人的に美味しいと感じたラーメンでした♪

横浜市・下永谷『環2家』へ！この度、家系総本山吉村家の直系店に昇格し、蒲田にも二号店を出店するなどいま勢いに乗っている家系ラーメン店です。お店は横浜市営地下鉄ブルーライン「上永谷駅」「下永谷駅」の各駅から徒歩で約15分ほど。ちなみにこの環状二号線沿いには「本牧家」「はま家」「十五家」また家系ラーメン店なのに二郎系も食べられる「すずき家」や、大勝軒のお弟子さんがやられている「神勝軒」など有名店がひしめいています。「環2家」の人気はその中でも非常に高く、いつ訪れてもお客さんが絶え間なく訪れている人気店です。今月も楽しみに伺いましたので、早速ご覧ください！

To Shimonagaya "Kan 2 ya” in Yokohama City! The shop is about a 15-minute walk from each station of the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line "Kaminagaya Station" and "Shimonagaya Station". いつ伺ってもワクワクする直系店の１杯！神奈川県横浜市『杉田家』に伺いました。ライブ終了後や休日などよく伺ってきた大好きなお店で「横浜家系ラーメン総本山吉村家」の直系一号店です。今の場所にお店を構えたのは昭和の時代。その当時からその確かな職人技で作られた家系ラーメンは多くのファンを唸らせてきました。早朝から深夜まで（自粛期間中は営業時間を短縮）濃厚な家系ラーメンが食べられるお店で、いつ伺ってもその味を求めるお客さんが途絶えることがありません。今回も楽しみに伺いましたので早速ご覧ください！

One cup of a direct line store that is exciting whenever you visit! We visited the "Sugitaya" in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This is my favorite shop that I often visit after the concert and on holidays, and it is the first shop directly affiliated with "Yokohama Yoshimuraya".
