    昨天晚餐來到舊金山 Lower Nob Hill 的夏威夷美式海鮮餐廳 - Liholiho Yacht Club
    發音很像台語的 "你好你好" 非常可愛!
    這家其實從 2015年開幕之後
    我就一直把他收藏在口袋名單中
    直到昨天才終於來訪。

    Liholiho Yacht Club 非常受歡迎
    雖然現場有預留座位
    不過建議可以提早網上訂位。
    可以預訂的位置於30天前的午夜開放
    熱門的晚餐時段更是在開放後幾小時內就被訂完。
    一個月前我還特定條鬧鐘提醒自己晚上 12am 要記得上網訂位呢~

    七點準時抵達餐廳
    門口黃底閃著藍色霓虹的招牌非常醒目
    地上以整齊的白色與藍色磁磚排出 Aloha 的字樣
    歡迎每一位食客。

    餐廳以白色的牆面、磚牆、黑白照片以及藍白色的地板設計
    屋頂上兩片透光的天井
    讓整體空間非常明亮寬敞
    彷彿登上了一艘位於夏威夷海灘上的高級帆船
    等候著揚帆出航。

    Liholiho Yacht Club 的菜單都是以大家一起分享的餐點為主
    主要分成大中小三種類型。
    點了 yellowtail sashimi $17.50
    新鮮的鰤魚生魚片，搭配西班牙青椒、草莓、白醬油以及黑糖醋，裡面還帶著淡淡的紫蘇梅香氣，非常可口。

    beef tongue steam bun $14.00
    這份可以說是 Liholiho Yacht Club 的必點之一! 撒上滿滿的罌粟花種子的刈包皮包著烤牛舌、韓式泡菜以及小黃瓜，融合台式、美式、與韓式風味，牛舌調味恰到好處，配上獨特的罌粟花種子，是這天我最愛的一道菜。

    hopper shrimp $17.75
    新鮮大蝦配上酪梨塊、核桃、味噌與柑橘片，上桌時新鮮的蝦子還帶著微溫，配上清爽可口的蔬菜，讓人意猶未盡。

    tuna belly misoyaki $16.50
    味噌烤鮪魚肚，兩大塊鮪魚肚，中間非常鮮嫩，旁邊的配菜是紫色的菊苣、蘿蔔泥、以及切成薄片的香瓜，正好中和了鮪魚肚肥美濃郁的口感。

    roasted octopus $18.25
    最後一道菜點了烤章魚，旁邊搭配以咖哩粉調味的金色葡萄乾、以及以黃油香煎的馬鈴薯與芫荽，章魚富有嚼勁香氣十足，非常下酒。

    這天我們自己帶了從 Napa 的 Paraduxx 酒莊買的 2013 Goldeneye Pinot Noir
    配上每一道精心調味的新鮮海鮮料理
    讓人留下非常深刻的印象。

    最後甜點點了許多人推薦的 baked hawaii $11
    鳳梨造型的甜點，下面是香草戚風蛋糕，中間包著鳳梨冰淇淋、最外層則是焦糖奶油，整體不會過甜，配上旁邊的鳳梨塊，真的非常有夏威夷的味道呢!
    由於是慶生，服務生還特別在蛋糕上插上一根仙女棒，端上桌的時候讓人十分驚喜!
