    寬扁麵麵條扁平，斷面為橢圓形，因為容易蘸附醬汁，料理不需加入太多醬料，即能顯現食材風味。
    在義大利不管是餐廳或家庭，大部分的人都偏好自己做義大利麵，口感和味道與乾燥過的義大利麵完全不同，煮的時間也減少許多，
    市面上乾燥義大利麵是用麵粉和水做成，新鮮的手工義大利麵則使用杜蘭小麥粉和全蛋做成，想吃到新鮮的義大利麵不用再去餐廳，這裡也能讓你嚐到最新鮮的美味 !

    *醬汁搭配:可在醬汁頁面選購

    建議烹飪:熱水燒滾後，加入麵條，約1~2分即可試吃
