情緒保健的重要性...
當你在孤獨的時候採取行動，當你改變對待失敗的反應，當你保護自己的自尊心，當你與負面的想法做鬥爭，你不僅可以治癒心理上的創傷，你會建立起情緒恢復能力，你會變得更強。
快樂並不是來自於健康、美貌、金錢、青春或權勢。快樂也不是毫無理由就發生了，它不取決於基因，好運或凑巧，也不是外在事件的結果；它最主要來自於我們對自身所發生的事的評估，以及我們如何評估自己塑造的一切。
不知道有多少的人會看，但也希望通過分享去幫助需要的人。還有大家可以直接下載TED的應用程式，有的演講有中文字幕，都是很棒的演講～純分享文 希望世界更美好😆
