沉靜、內向、不願說話、容易情緒低落，被朋友形容像兔子一樣的人，性格除了是天生，其實也會受到體質影響，如果伴隨面色偏白、四肢及身體冰冷、嗜睡、自汗、浮腫、小便量多、大便稀爛或內有未消化食物等症狀，便屬於陽虛體質，身體陽氣不足，就像不夠燃料一樣，嚴重怕冷，體質較為虛弱，所以性格亦較為內向、多愁善感。

Introverts should replenish yang and dispel cold
Introverts tend to be quiet, do not talk as much, and can be emotional. Some friends would even describe them as timid as a lamb. While some are born introverts, others can became so due to their body constitution.

If symptoms such as pale complexion, cold limbs, high urination volume, loose stools, or even undigested food in stools occur, then the individual likely have a yang-deficient body constitution. The lack of the yang energy is like the lack of fuel for the body. Hence, the body would become weak and develop aversion to cold of cold. This is why certain people become introverted and emotionally easily.

Individuals with a yang-deficient body constitution should replenish the yang and dispel cold. They should bask in the sun once in a while during summer and nourish the body during winter.

9/26 是跨界大人物的活動，感謝 天下文化 的促成，讓我們有機會邀請 綠藤生機 共同創辦人 ​ 許偉哲 先生 來到現場與大家分享，這篇貼文我想以文字分享我20X20 上台的內容，還有我的近況。​

大家好，我是Karen ，跨界 CrossOver 創辦人，最近我離開了我第六份工作。讀完《B型選擇》之後，我非常的感動，被三位創辦人的故事與努力深深吸引，今天的分享我想下一個主題 Start with why ，人們支持你做的事情，都是從你「為什麼要這麼做」開始，在書籍封面寫到「找不到喜歡的答案，就自己創造」是我非常喜歡的一句話。​
​
首先聊聊，什麼是 #Ａ型選擇，什麼又是 #Ｂ型選擇​
Ａ型選擇，就好像是，人們期待你未來的那條康莊大道、社會上加在你身上的期待、你貌似「應該」要去做的事，而且還要堅持做。​
Ｂ型選擇，就是Ａ型選擇的相反，你想做的事情、你真正熱愛的事情。​
​
關於人生要選擇Ａ還是Ｂ，沒有絕對的答案，唯有當你為自己做決定的那一刻，才是正確的答案。​
​
今天想聊聊屬於我的Ｂ型選擇，我為何要離職、為何專注創業，為何過著現在這樣生活。​
​
時間回到今年七月，當我開口找長官聊聊時，我的第一件事情，並不是提離職，而是詢問「我在公司裡還有沒有成長的空間」​
長官也反問我「你想要什麼樣子的成長？」​
我則回答「思維上跟思考上的成長」

經歷了許多討論，可能是關於有沒有機會安排到其他的位置、該做什麼事才能升遷或者是不是要做新的專題報導，各方各面的成長，不過這些討論最後還是指向一件事「媒體產業，就是這樣。」​
​
是的，媒體產業就是這樣，這點我再清楚不過了。十年前我就在新聞台當工讀生，十年後我也還在新聞圈，環境的確變化不大，能做的事情就是這樣，環境卻越來越差，包含薪水、舞台與理想，各方各面的縮減。​
​
最後，我哭著離開會議室，哭不是因為委屈，而是因為我真的曾經非常認真追求當一個好記者、好媒體人，菜鳥時期，走在路上也會用手機錄音練習咬字、口條，就期待有一天能夠在電視鏡頭前連線報導，甚至也矯正牙齒、雷射臉上的斑點，讓自己長得人模人樣；​
​
入行兩三年，仍每天收看同事、前輩的每一則報導到睡覺闔眼之前，希望自己也能擁有他們的創意；除此之外，也比較同一則報導，其他同業的切角、用字遣詞，期許自己是最棒的那一個。​
​
在這條路上犯的錯也沒少過，認真以待的作品也曾不被重視過、傻傻的聲張正義，最後落得被告或者被嘲笑。當然努力的作品也會獲得許多的感謝與肯定，這樣的成就感還是有的。​
​
哭著離開會議室，因為我知道，我要選擇的是完全另一個人生。​
​
而回首出社會六年，如果說當記者是我的Ａ型選擇，那麼寫作、出書、辦活動、成立跨界等等，這些都是我的Ｂ型選擇。仔細盤點，我曾以為的Ａ型選擇，卻是六年就換了六份工作。但Ｂ型選擇，我卻從來沒間斷過。​
​
這麼仔細一想，那麼原本的Ｂ型選擇，會不會才是我的天賦與天職？​
​
「唯有熱情，能帶你到遠方」2019年我創辦了「 跨界知識社群 Crossoverlearning 」原本只是真的非常簡單的讀書會，每個人準備20X20 簡報，一個人20張、一張20秒，6分40秒的時間，分享完一本書籍，兩年半下來，已經超過上千人次參與，而三級警戒疫情期間，短短三個月，也辦了超過50場線上活動。​
​
的確，這些都是推動我熱情燃燒的火苗。讓我從原本一個我真的想收起來的讀書會，到現在觸及萬人的「創作者加速器」，增長與改變不可思議。​
​
我很幸運，因為今天必須要上台分享B型選擇這本書籍，也要很認真說，其實在此之前我不知道綠藤生機，也沒用過任何一項產品，但是在我抉擇的那段日子，是創辦人們的故事給了我勇氣。​
​
然而，我也在想，如果，我也想像綠藤的創辦人們一樣溫暖、創作出有影響力的企業，那我該怎麼做？​
​
書中有一句話是「如果我是芽菜，我希望怎麼被對待？」​
那我也想了「如果我是我的用戶，我希望我怎麼被對待？」​
又或者，「用戶」又會怎麼對待熱愛的品牌​
一向喜歡反思的我，就決定要從「綠藤生機用戶的角度」出發，來解析當一個用戶認同品牌時，會做出哪些行為。​
​
接下來我會從我本身的專業「傳播」分析消費者行為理論的五個步驟，這五個步驟是AISAS​
Attention ( 注意 ) ​
Interest ( 興趣 ) ​
Search l( 搜尋 ) ​
Action ( 行動 ) ​
Share ( 分享 )​
​
我是如何從一個不認識綠藤生機品牌的人，到成為大力推廣綠藤理念的人呢？​
1.Attention ( 注意 ) ​
因為必須要上台分享，所以我透過《B型選擇》這本書，完整認識了綠藤生機的創辦人故事，深受偉哲的感動，當我看到冬天他必須睡在溫室外面，確保芽菜的環境不會因為他的體溫受到變化，真的相當佩服。​
​
2.Interest ( 興趣 ) ​
因為產生了興趣，我開始認真研究綠藤是如何與消費者對話，研究了他們每週定期發放的電子報，是用另外一位共同創辦人怡雯的身份來發文，教大家如何保養，或者養成21天的行動。​
​
3.Search ( 搜尋 )​
因著記者魂， 我認真的搜尋了所有綠藤創辦人Harris的演講，學習到了對於產品的知識，像是頭髮濕濕的時候，毛鱗片會打開，因此本來就會毛躁，潤髮乳沒有用，反而要用不需要洗掉的護髮。​
​
4.Action ( 行動 ) ​
當我認同綠藤生機的理念時，我將我所有的洗髮、沐浴、洗臉、護法等產品都換上了綠藤生機，每次洗澡，我都覺得自己很愛護地球。​
​
5.Share ( 分享 )​
這是最有行動力的一件事，我和夥伴分享，綠藤的理念，對方馬上跑到綠藤的門市試用，最後購買了綠藤的產品，甚至分享現在每次洗臉都有著愛地球的心！另外，如果有人跟我說他覺得綠藤不好用，那麼我就會以我學到的知識，告訴他綠藤說要怎麼用，捍衛品牌的理念！​
​
而如今我是一個創辦人，「我也想創立一個別人想捍衛的品牌」，一切都從「為什麼你要這麼做開始」，書中也提到，「商業的力量可以扭轉世界，朝更好的方向前進。」​
​
我希望自己創辦的「跨界創作者加速器」，能帶領旗下的創作者，打造一個屬於自己的美好日子，我們相信每個人的故事都值得被放大、為他人產生影響力，就像今天前面幾位創作者，有舞台、有故事，得以感動他人，「再小的行動，都能成就影響力。」​
​
在創業的第一個月，我很幸運，以「跨界CrossOver」創作者加速器，通過了30%通過率的「SITI創業補助」，對我而言是一份珍貴禮物，代表我們的構想與理念被政府、委員、創業前面們認可，也讓我有了信心持續前進。​

Hereditary hair loss is inevitable?
Hair loss seems to be a common problem for people in their middle age, and many people believe it is hereditary. It is common for men to look at their fathers and predict how their hair will look like in the future.

No doubt hair loss is a hereditary problem, but our lifestyle have an impact on it too. People these days lead a stressful life and overtax their brains. Eat foods that can nourish the yin and kidneys and replenish the qi and the blood. Consume ingredients such as black bean, black sesame seeds, black fungus, Chinese yam, chives, walnut, and wolfberry. If need be, go for acupuncture to improve the circulation of the qi and blood in the scalp.

Endo Sushi 創業超過一個世紀，由1907年開業至今已經傳到第四代， Endo Sushi has been in business for more than a century and has spread to the fourth generation since its opening in 1907.

店鋪正正位於大阪中央漁市場，食材當然新鮮！ The store is located right at the Osaka Central Fish Market, and the ingredients are of course really fresh!

首先看看他們的餐牌先啦,壽司4款套餐可以選擇OMAKASE套餐， Let's look at their menu. 1st choose the 4 OMAKASE courses,

每款套餐五件壽司(1,150円)， 當中一款時令套餐會按當造食材不時更換種類， There are 5 pieces of sushi (1,150 yen) per set, and 1 of the seasonal sets will be changed according to the time in season.

根據時令盛產的食材而製作。這個湯要另外叫的300yen(21HKD), 是否很足料呢! Made according to seasonal ingredients. This soup is costed 300yen (21HKD). Isn't it rich?

我order了這款壽司, 有 Anago、Uni、Tai、Toro、Hamachi I ordered this set with Anago, Uni, Tai, Toro n Hamachi。

Anago是鹹水鰻魚, 多用作壽司魚生片用途 Anago is saltwater eel, mostly used for sushi sashimi

只會在日本才有, 至於Unagi就是淡水鰻魚, 一般的鰻魚飯就是用Unagi It ’s only available in Japan. As for Unagi, it ’s freshwater eel usually for making of eel rice.

Unagi 除了在日本之外, 還會來自台灣、中國、韓國和越南 Other than Japan, Unagi will also come from Taiwan, China, South Korea n Vietnam

Uni就是海膽啦, 食用的部分不是指牠的身體, 而是海膽的雌性或雄性的生殖腺 Uni is the sea urchin. The edible part is not their body, but the female or male gonad of the sea urchin.

即是精巢或卵巢, 海膽的種類好多, 但是適宜食用的只有幾種 There are many kinds of sea urchins, but there are only a few suitable for consumption

其中蝦夷馬糞海膽又稱赤海膽, 是最受歡迎。 Among them, the Mesocentrotus franciscanus sea urchin, also known as the red sea urchin, is the most popular.

因為牠擁有鮮豔的金黃色, 細緻的顆粒、黏稠甘甜的口感 Because it has a bright golden yellow color, fine particles with thick and sweet taste

另外一種主要食用的海膽價值是最高紫海膽, 顏色比馬糞海膽略淺, 顆粒稍大 Another major edible sea urchin is the purple sea urchin, which is lighter in color and slightly larger in particle size.

Tai 是鯛魚, 日文和可喜可賀是諧音, 所以日本人在喜慶的時候都好鍾意食這一種魚 Tai is sea bream with celebration in Japanese are homophonic, so Japanese like to eat this fish when they are celebrating

由於牠是海魚, 壽司中亦都是屬於貴價魚,有白肉魚王之美譽 Because it is a marine fish which consider expensive sushi n is known as the King of white fish

魚肉軟嫩, 油脂不多, 鯛壽司的製作技巧是用熱水輕焯連皮的魚肉 The meat is soft and tender, and there is not much fat. The technique of making sea bream sushi is to blanched the fish meat with hot water.

再過冷河使魚皮軟化, 魚皮同魚肉之間的皮下脂肪經過溫水焯過之後 Then let the cold water softens the skin n the subcutaneous fat between the skin and the meat is boiled in warm water

說回二條市場, 有大約15間水產公司和魚店，販賣當日入貨最新鮮的海鮮。 Speaking of Nijo Market, there are about 15 aquatic companies and fish shops that sell the freshest seafood that day.

除了鮮魚之外，亦有好多店舖販賣乾貨和海產加工品。In addition to fresh fish, there are also many shops selling dry goods and processed seafood.

有好多店舖提供寄送服務, 當然是要附加費用啦。 There are many shops offering delivery services, of course at an additional cost

北海道有三大名蟹, 就是帝皇蟹、松葉蟹，以及毛蟹。There are 3 famous crabs in Hokkaido, namely emperor crab, Matsuba crab and hairy crab.

帝皇蟹又細分為鱈場蟹、棘蟹、花咲蟹與油蟹4種，King crab is further subdivided into 4 types: Red King Crab, spiny crab, flower crab and oil crab.
