這家cafe是在保安道街市附近,在外面街道上會聽到有人叫賣,一進入cafe,就只有安靜的環境,播著輕鬆的中文歌。

茶食餐 (HK$80)
.前菜:我揀咗時令前菜 — 柚子醬汁豆腐,滑滑的豆腐,但醬汁鹹一點。
.茶湯冷麵:冷麵有咀嚼感,不過味道比較淡,因為湯底都好清淡。如果好似韓式冷麵咁加冰落啲湯裡會更好,更涼快。
.主食1:百香果雞翼,酸甜滋味的醬汁,肉質軟嫩多汁😋
.主食2:洛神花鯖魚,鯖魚煎得脆口,但調味遍鹹一點,洛神花汁是酸甜味道,中和咗個鹹味,讓味道變得特別。
.是日冷泡茶:玫瑰烏龍茶😋

桂花豆腐芝士蛋糕 (HK$36)
這件蛋糕,我覺得好好味呀。整體有3層口味:
.頂層是清新的香濃桂花啫喱
.中間是厚厚一層豆腐芝士蛋糕,豆腐和芝士味道比較均衡的,口感有少少似慕絲的軟滑質地。
.底層是鬆脆又厚實的餅底,好香牛油曲奇味道。

To get to this cafe, I had to walk passed the wet market, which there were street stalls loudly promoting their foods. The moment I step into the cafe it became quiet with canton pop playing lightly in the background.

Food Set (HK$80)
.Appetizer: Cold Tofu in Citron Soy Sauce, which was the appetizer of the day, tofu was smooth and tasty, soy sauce was a bit salty
.Noodle in Cold Tea Soup: al dente noodles in light light flavoured soup, thus taste was a bit bland
.Main 1: Chicken Wings with Passionfruit Sauce. It’s a fresh combination which gives the sweet and sour taste.
.Main 2: Mackerel with Roselle Sauce. The pan-fried mackerel was a bit too salty, but add in the sweet & sour Roselle sauce, balanced the saltness, quite an interesting taste.
.Drink: Rose Oolong tea, which was the cold brew tea of the day.

Tofu Cheesecake with Osmanthus (HK$36)
Delicious cake with 3 layers of flavours:
.Top layer was the osmanthus jelly with a fresh, floral scented taste
.In the middle was a thick layer of tofu cheesecake. The tofu taste and cheese taste were well balanced and it had a soft texture like mousse
.The bottom layer was a thick layer of crunchy butter cookie crumbs with a yummy butter taste

Deadlift and squat make you waist chunky?! 中文如下
"Women and physique competitors should all avoid squats and deadlifts! They'll thicken the midsection and make you look blocky!"
Chunky waist means excessive oblique developments, and studies has shown that deadlift or squat activate lumbar/thorax erector spinae and also intra abdominal muscle. If you brace your core correctly, the rectus abdmoninis, internal/external obliques will not activate to high degrees which gives you a blocky waist.
However, those "abs slimming" exercises are what activates your abs into a higher degree stimulation and leads to chunky mid sections(especially your body fat% is high) . exercises such as •weighted sit up •leg raises • side bends •abs wheel •wood chops •even planks .
Take home message: A good diet and a well balanced training program could help you get rid of the belly fat over your abs 🤔🙌💪
Ps: correlation does not imply causation!
Remember genetics are a key factor in determining the width and size of your pelvis. The natural skeletal variation could also be a reason for that.
隨著過去多月的努力,很多朋友已經聽取我們的建議,在他們的訓練中加入深蹲跟硬拉,而且發現整體的肌肉有明顯進步。但最近他們反映:網上流傳著深蹲 跟硬拉會令腰部變粗,因此擔心自己的腰圍會越練越粗。
網上傳言:很多的健美先生及健美小姐都擁有樹幹般的腰圍。
解謎:的而且確頂級的健美先生及小姐都會安排深蹲同硬拉在他們的訓練中,原因是它們的確能有效增加肌肉發展。但他們這般粗的腰圍主要來自offseason的大量卡路里及提昇運動能力的藥物(PEDs),眾所周知,對健美運動員來說,在非賽季期就是增磅的好時刻,因此要進食大量卡路量,但這還不夠,他們需要依賴葯物幫助增肌(原因涉及generic celling, muscle growth potential,有機會再講),而其中insulin就是令內臟肥大主因,因此看上去他們的腰腹粗大。
網上傳言:進行深蹲及硬拉需要强壯的腹部肌肉支援,因此會過度發展腰部
解謎:冇錯,深蹲及硬拉時需要腹部肌肉收緊以配合動作的流暢度及準確度,但這樣做的主因是産生腹內壓以保護腰椎過度屈曲或伸展。而且透過肌電圖(EMG)測試,直接的腰腹訓練對腹直、腹內外斜肌的剌激才是最大的。根據SAID(Specific Adaptation of Imposed Demand)訓練原則,不難理解,捲腹,提腿等動作才是最直接的腰部强化訓練!
其實最重要的一點是骨架的大小及肌肉的起始點會影響你的身形外觀,即是如果你的盆骨較闊,肋骨較大,而這是基因者遺傳的,無論你怎樣避免那些會令腰腹肌肉强壯的動作,看上去還是會較粗壯。
深蹲跟硬拉的好處有目共睹,不必為無理據的傳言而止步!
