🇭🇰 Carat Fine Indian is a new arrival in Tsim Sha Tsui, having originated in Lan Kwai Fong but now in a more spacious interior on Prat Avenue, equipped with an extensive menu. Here, we began a plate of Samosa Chaat which was a filo pastry with a mixture of potatoes and cashew nuts giving a multi-textural bite, while the lasooni prawns were oversized servings and flavorful with fenugreek leaves and garlic. For mains, the signature tandoori chicken was fragrantly chargrilled, tender and juicy, while we also enjoyed the Goan fish curry which was a lighter coconut rendition - perfectly wiped up by a fluffy garlic naan and an aromatic vegetarian biryani, slow-cooked with saffron. Now in a larger space with ample seating, Carat Fine Indian in TST is a delicious feat of Indian authenticity; along its large patio space, this gem ranks as one of the more comfortable venues to sit back, relax and indulge in some flavorful desi delicacies.
