#俄羅斯糕點 #西伯利亞蛋糕 從小就開心有人結婚。但我自幼早熟，已領悟婚姻這檔事是看個人體質的，有人適合但也有人一輩子碰了就過敏。所以我開心有人結婚，從不是相信誰跟誰真的會百年好合，而是因為那代表我又有囍餅可以吃了。

小時候有一陣子流行送「掬水軒」喜餅。鐵圓盒子打開以後分成上下兩層，放滿琳琅滿目的餅乾，對我來說，那美味才是永誌不渝的幸福。掬水軒喜餅裡有一款圓形餅乾，有著美麗的皺褶，外皮烤得酥脆，一咬下去鬆軟，入口即化。關鍵的是餅乾中間，會鋪上一層薄薄的草莓果醬或巧克力，偶爾還鑲上一枚小堅果，那真是畫龍點睛。

我一直不知道那餅乾的正式名稱，從前就稱它做掬水軒餅乾，直到搬來日本以後，才知道那種餅乾擁有另外一個名稱，日本人叫它「Russian Cake」（俄羅斯糕點）。

如果是熱愛日本飲食文化的人，到此應該會高度敏感，不會輕易上當了。是的，就跟天津沒有天津飯，台灣沒有台灣拌麵，土耳其沒有土耳其飯，印度沒有水滴型巨型厚餅一樣，俄羅斯人也從未聽過Russian Cake這名字......★繼續閱讀完整文章：https://bit.ly/3gGP7Bx
