Cake Series | Matcha Strawberry Cake with Oreo 🤎💚❤️ Birthday cake for my friend 💃Woohoo! Matcha whipped cream is the best in the world! 〰️Recipe 〰️ [6 inch] ▪️Ingredients: [Part A] Yolks 蛋黃 3 Sugar 糖10 g Vegan oil 植物油30 g Milk 牛奶60 g Vanilla extract 香草 1 dose [Part B] Egg Whites 蛋白 3 Sugar 糖50 g Lemon Juice 檸檬汁 1 dose [Part C] Whipping Cream 鮮奶油 150 g Sugar 糖15 g Strawberries 草莓 9 Matcha Powder 抹茶粉 3 tsp Oreo 2 ▪️Instruction: 1️⃣Add sugar, vegan oil, milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl of yolks sequently. Mix all well. (Part A done) 把砂糖、植物油、牛奶、香草精依序加入蛋黃盆裡攪拌均勻。 2️⃣Prepare a hand mixer. Add sugar into the bowl of egg white for three times, whipping the egg whites until perfect peaks. (Part B done) 準備打蛋器。把砂糖分成三次加入蛋白盆中，打發到一個倒鉤型的硬度。 3️⃣Put small amount of Part B into Part A. Mix well. Then add all Part A to Part B. Mix Part A + Part B together. 把一點點的蛋白霜加入蛋黃盆裡混合，再把蛋黃盆全部的材料加入到蛋白盆裡，均勻混合。 4️⃣Pour into the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 338 F for 35 mins. 倒入蛋糕模裡。放進預熱338華氏度(約160攝氏度)的烤箱烤35分鐘。 5️⃣Add sugar and Matcha powder into the whipping cream, and use the hand mixer to whip until stiff. [Part C done] 把砂糖和抹茶粉加入鮮奶油中，用打蛋器打發到硬。 6️⃣Cut the cake into half. 烤好的蛋糕切成兩片。 7️⃣Apply whipped cream in the layer and put strawberries, then apply a little whipped again. Then cover with the other half. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make it solid. 放上鮮奶油和草莓再疊上鮮奶油，把另一片蓋上。放在冷藏至少30分鐘固定。 8️⃣Apply the rest of whipped cream around the cake skin. 最近又有太多熟香蕉，再來嚐試不一樣的香蕉蛋糕食譜吧！⁠ ⁠ 這是 🍌全植物蕎麥香蕉蛋糕 🍌⁠ ⁠ 無麩質、只要 9 樣食材、Vegan 🌱⁠ ⁠ 口感更紮實，適合抹花生醬或其它抹醬熱熱得吃⁠ ⁠ 食材：⁠ 240 g 生蕎麥粉⁠ 2 tsp 泡打粉⁠ 1/4 tsp 鹽⁠ 2 tsp 肉桂粉⁠ 70 g 椰糖⁠ 250 g 過熟香蕉⁠ 120 g 花生醬⁠ 1/4 tsp 純香草精⁠ 180 ml 康普茶⁠ 130 g 核桃, 略切⁠ ⁠ 作法：⁠ 1. 將烤箱以 175 C 預熱。取一 8 吋長條麵包模，模內鋪烘焙紙⁠ 2. 將除了核桃的乾食材放入攪拌碗中，混拌一下⁠ 3. 於另一碗中放入香蕉，將香蕉用叉子壓成泥⁠ 4. 將花生醬、香草精、康普茶加入香蕉泥，混拌均勻⁠ 5. 將溼料混合物倒入乾料盆中，混合均勻⁠ 6. 取一半份量的核桃拌入麵糊中。將麵糊倒入事先準備好的模具，再將剩餘的核桃撒於表面⁠ 7. 放入烤箱烘烤 35-40 分鐘，至竹籤插入中央無麵糊沾黏。靜置 20 分鐘再從模中取出，切塊 (可以抹花生醬或其它你喜歡的抹醬) 享用！⁠ ⁠ ⁠ 完整食譜：https://www.barrelleaf.com/vegan-buckwheat-banana-bread/⁠ ⁠ 也可以到個人頁面 @barrelleaf 點連結喔⁠ ⁠ ---------------------⁠ ⁠ I got too many ripe bananas at hand, so let's try another banana bread recipe.⁠ ⁠ This 🍌Vegan Buckwheat Banana Bread 🍌is gluten-free, vegan, and made with only 9 ingredients!⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 240 g (1 + 1/2 cup) buckwheat flour⁠ 2 tsp baking powder⁠ 1/4 tsp salt ⁠ 2 tsp ground cinnamon⁠ 70 g (1/2 cup) coconut sugar⁠ 250 g overripe bananas (~2-3)⁠ 120 g (1/2 cup) peanut butter, or any nut butter⁠ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract⁠ 180 ml (3/4 cup) kombucha, or carbonated water⁠ 130 g (1 cup) walnuts, roughly chopped⁠ ⁠ Method:⁠ 1. Preheat the oven at 175 C / 350 F. Line an 8″ loaf pan with parchment paper.⁠ 2. Add the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl EXCEPT for the walnuts. Give them a mix.⁠ 3. In another bowl, add the bananas and mash them with a fork.⁠ 4. Add the wet ingredients (peanut butter, vanilla extract, kombucha) to the banana. Mix to combine.⁠ 5. Add the wet mixture to the dry one. Stir to combine all.⁠ 6. Stir in half the amount of the walnuts. Pour the mixture into the lined pan(s). Sprinkle the left walnuts on top.⁠ 7. Bake at 175 C / 350 F for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
