And this is where the challenge begins.
As soon as you start to go inside of yourself, you see so many beautiful things, and you also see so many things, that are not so beautiful, and most people can handle the beautiful things but can’t handle the not so beautiful things within themselves. The first thing you encounter in the process of meditation is your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is a storehouse of every experience you’ve ever encountered throughout your life, in your subconscious with emotions attached to it, will you embrace the unresolved emotional experiences?

挑戰就在這裡開始，
當你進入你自己裡面，
你會看見很多美好的事情，也有很多不好；
大多數人都能接受美好的自己，
但很難接受那不好的部分，
當你開始冥想，

2016年英國的脫歐公投中，56%的北愛居民投票支持留在歐盟。但北愛將連同聯合王國的其他部份，一起在明年的3月29日離開歐盟。愛爾蘭共和國，理所當然地會繼續留在歐盟中。這意味著，歐盟將首次在愛爾蘭島上出現外部邊界。這會有甚麼政治或經濟上的結果呢？
1968年至1998年間因宗教而起的「愛爾蘭問題」期間，在多數時間中愛爾蘭邊界都警戒森嚴。人及貨物要跨越五百公里長的邊界時，必須停留接受海關解查，頭上則有英國直升機盤旋。相反地，今日開車跨越邊界時可能駕駛還沒注意到。在1998年的貝爾法斯特協議(Good Friday peace agreement)簽署後，警戒措施已撤離，而歐盟的單一市場及關稅同盟，則讓兩國不需再進行進出口的檢驗。
如果英國如梅伊政府所打算的，離開單一市場及關稅同盟，這些檢查將會以某種形式再度出現，但是以哪種方式呢?愛爾蘭說，他們不會接受海關檢驗或邊界上出現任何設施，而梅伊也承諾不會有。她拒絕北愛爾蘭留在關稅同盟的提議，因為這樣會在聯合王國境內產生海關邊界。整個聯合王國可以留在單一市場及關稅同盟內，但她拒絕，因為她認為這樣是弱化的脫歐。而歐盟方面，也駁斥了梅伊的兩個建議；即利用科技在邊界做肉眼看不見的檢查，或英國在北愛境內替歐盟徵稅。
