@boohoo 🤷🏻‍♀️ A new @vice report has shared how ambulances have been called to the fast-fashion warehouses of @boohoo, @prettylittlething (they’re owned by the same people) @asos and @missguided over 300 times within the last 4 years. 74.5 percent needed further medical attention - citing issues like chest pain, breathing problems and fainting - and were taken into hospital. 👀 Another Guardian report in 2019 uncovered that some garment workers in Leicester (yes, this is the UK, and many will be women) are paid an average of £3 an hour - under half the legal minimum wage.
