Starting in 2004, Donna Laura now produces 4 different wines to fulfill Lia’s desire of highlighting the purity of Sangiovese with great quality but affordable price point. ​ ​ Bramosia Chianti Classico ‘18 is a blend of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot. It displays expressive aromas of black berry, red and black cherry with lightly shaded wood and spice notes. Balanced and integrated acidity and tannins. A wine to be accompanied a bowl of Bolognese or by its own. Your choice. ​😉 ​ Alteo Chianti Riserva ’17 is a pure expression of Sangiovese. Clear ruby red with scents of red rose, sour cherry, black currant, licorice, and baking spices. Juicy and easy going. If you are having pizza for dinner, definitely go with Alteo. Alteo is named after Lia’s two sons, Alessandro and Matteo. Lia said, the wine she makes is all about love, family, and tradition. ​ ​ Ali Rosso ’19 is a 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon blend. An IGT wine that is lively and joyful with flavors of red berries, black cherry, plum, and blood orange undertones. Drinking beautiful now. ​ ​ Made with 100% Sangiovese, Ali Rosato ’19 exhibits strawberry, pink grapefruit and red cherry both on the nose and palate. So vivid and refreshing. I can’t wait to pop this open and watch cherry blossom bloom. Ali is the name of Lia’s daughter, the little angel to her mama.
