產自智利精華地帶安地斯山斷( Andes
Mountains)山腳下的 Alto Cachapoa產區，此區以細緻優雅的波爾多混釀風格為名，以及高品質的 Cabernet sauvignon和 Carmenere葡萄。

葡萄皆取自第八號單一葡葡園( Block No.8)，手工採摘，並於酒莊的第八個不鏽鋼銅桶中進行酒精發酵(No.8Tank)，最終經過18個月的法國橡木桶陳年後上市。

酒質：
香氣飽滿奔放，香草 可可 莓果 藍莓等香氣撲鼻，酒體濃郁，厚實丹寧中帶出均衡酸度。

餐點搭配：
乾式熟成小羔羊排，燉牛頰，香料烤雞，佛跳牆。
