Lepas #hysterectomy 3 bulan, dah boleh buat abs crunches exercise. Sebenaqnya kami dah buat dari 5 minggu lepas

Buat sikit2. Sampai dah rasa better to push more.

Kami kan jenih ketegaq. Kalau orang kata jangan, tu yang nak buat! 😜

Alhamdulillah abs start to be better. Cuma love handle ja kena work more
