    墨西哥料理—牛肉Taco

    不知道大家有沒有聽過Taco Tuesday，今天正好是禮拜二，想跟大家分享一道墨西哥的特色料理─墨西哥玉米餅(Taco)料理！
    .
    Taco是美洲非常盛行的一項美食，之所以會跟星期二連結起來，是因為在美國有許多墨西哥餐廳，會選擇在每週二的時候推出優惠，一個只要一美元或是半價。 再加上Taco與Tuesday兩個英文字母都是T開頭，發音相似，念在一起就會特別順口，於是就有了每到週二就是Taco Tuesday 的流行。

    來介紹一下Taco的組成，他的餅皮使用玉米粉而非麵粉，所以會呈現黃色的～還有特殊的U字造型，更是讓人一眼就能認出的標配！Taco的內餡有三大構成要素：墨西哥風味絞肉或肉片、番茄莎莎醬還有酪梨醬，除了帶有墨西哥風味外，另外生菜的量也是特別多，吃起來是濃郁中帶清爽，非常美味！

    也許大家會覺得做Taco很麻煩，但其實墨西哥風味絞肉，只需要一罐Taco粉(塔可粉)就可以製作了，可以省去購入一大堆平常很少用的香料粉(煙燻紅椒粉、大蒜粉、孜然粉等等)，僅需一點點馬上就彷彿來到墨西哥！

    對於塔可粉不熟的朋友簡單敘述一下這味道就是非常煙燻風味，帶點孜然帶點微辣感，也許不是每個人都能接受，但我相信喜歡美墨料理的朋友，一試就會愛上！

    另外不想這麼麻煩做Taco的朋友，你們也可以單獨做番茄莎莎醬或是酪梨醬，拿來配吐司或是多力多滋的玉米脆片效果都很好！

    酪梨的部分這次使用台灣的酪梨，如果用國外進口的酪梨油脂豐潤度會更高更好吃～大家可以依照取得的方便程度去挑選食材唷！

    不小心又落落長說了一堆，希望大家有機會可以試試看這道料理，如果沒辦法全部品項都做單獨作拿來當配菜也非常棒，你一定要試試！

    🍅番茄莎莎醬
    .
    🌀材料&調味料
    🔸牛番茄2顆（300克）
    🔸紫洋蔥1/2顆（100克）
    🔸香菜1把（10克）
    🔸墨西哥辣椒（30克）
    🔸檸檬1顆（10-15克）
    🔸鹽&黑胡椒1/4小匙
    🔸Tabasco1/2小匙
    📝紫洋蔥較不辛辣適合做沙拉
    📝 如果買不到墨西哥辣椒可以省略

    🍳作法
    .
    牛番茄、紫洋蔥切小丁，香菜切碎、檸檬擠成汁，與上述調味料混和，冷藏一晚即完成。

    🥑酪梨醬
    .
    🌀材料&調味料
    🔸酪梨350克
    🔸酸奶油250克
    🔸檸檬1顆（10-15克）
    🔸鹽1/2小匙
    📝買不到酸奶也可以用優格或美乃滋代替

    🍳作法
    .
    酪梨切小丁與酸奶、檸檬汁及調味料混和，用打蛋器攪拌均勻即完成。

    🐂墨西哥風味牛肉
    .
    🌀材料&調味料
    🔸牛肉200克（可用雞肉、豬肉替換）
    🔸洋蔥1/2顆
    🔸蒜頭4瓣（20克）
    🔸青椒50克
    🔸塔可粉1.5大匙
    .
    🍳作法
    .
    1️⃣洋蔥與青椒切丁、蒜頭切末備用。
    .
    2️⃣鍋內下1大匙油，中火爆香洋蔥及蒜末，再加入青椒丁炒透，最後下牛絞肉炒散、炒香、炒透，加入塔可粉拌炒均勻即完成。

    組裝
    .
    玉米餅底部鋪生菜，接下來依序放牛絞肉、番茄莎莎醬及酪梨醬即完成！

    📖小知識
    .
    酪梨屬於後熟水果，一直在樹上是無法達到可以吃的狀態，一定要取下來常溫放置才會變軟，特別切記在未熟透之前絕對不可放到冰箱，放進去就不會再熟成了！另外，臺灣產酪梨因其外殼較不會變軟，判斷是否可食用僅需看外層顏色，呈現紫紅色即代表熟透可食用，若還是非常青的綠色則要再等等！
